We stayed at Benson house with our 2 young daughters and our parents. Suzanne welcomed us with a smile and showed us around. She is really amazing, she gave us tips for visiting Bath and even let us park our car at her house when we drove to Batheaston. The apartment is very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with an equipped kitchen and there is also a very nice patio for the kids to play outside safely. 所有评语 » Thankyou to Suzanne for an extremely pleasant stay. The apartment was luxurious, clean and well appointed. Box is a pretty and delightful village and only 6 miles from Bath, making it a more restful and quiet stay. Apartment is ideal for 4 adults or 2 adults + children. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathroom supplies of good quality toiletries appreciated. Washer and dryer came in handy too. Suzanne was a pleasure to meet, friendly and helpful, and we easily felt we could have sat do. The accommodations were great - lots of space, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and linens. We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the apartment, it really helped us. We thought the town was lovely and it was a great location close to Bath. The owner was very helpful with information about the area and everything we needed in the apartment. We decided to stay here with our two children, rather than sharing an hotel room. Which would have cost similar. It was the best decision. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean. Plenty of room for 4 of us and all the luxuries of an hotel. We would definitely stay again. Spotlessly clean, modern and all the facilities you require. Extremely Comfortable beds, warm and cosy. Manager was extremely helpful as we're lost and when we arrived late there was a bottle of Australian wine to greet us. Can you believe it!. Great location, 4 mins from Bath city center. There are all the facilities you need Very clean Box is a nice little village Suzanne is a great help, giving you advice when you need it. The Benson House apartments were very spacious and a lovely design. Box is a great little town to stay in just outside Bath. Excellent accommodation as was location. Communication with proprietress excellent. Nothing was too difficult. Nice, well equiped flat located in small village, a short drive from Bath. Clean and well kept. Great central location in Box. Large and contemporary fit out at very reasonable price. Reasonable price most comportable much kind. Excellent accommodation and facilities. Well equipped and good value. Everything. There is really nothing we did'nt like. Nothing. Impossible to create total darkness in the room. Sunlight pours in the room from sunrise onward. We were there during a heat wave and the bedding supplied was rather heavy duvets. On arriving back from Bath a little too full of Champagne, none of us could open our bedroom windows and baked under our duvets! Would have been nice to have alternative, lighter bedding. Only a small point, but unfortunately the gas fire wasn't working when we visited. Nothing at all. Suggest a new photo of outside of accommodation, as looks nothing like the actual accommodation when you get there. Everything excellent. Parking - we managed to get a space and left the car there and walked or got taxi's, but it was difficult and the road and car park opposite was generally full up. We had 6 people in our group but here were only 4 chairs for the table. Tv in one of the bedrooms got only BBC stations. Nothing.
