The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was full and hearty. good enough to have a days walk on. he staff were only too keen to advise on what you wanted to do on your stay. Breakfast was great and the owner was extremely friendly, very close to Bowness too. 100% recommended!! For the price, the room was superb. Well worth a look!. Everything, couldn't have been more comfortable or pleased with the room and overall facilities. Made to feel very welcome. Will definitely return.

One of the best we've stayed at and we will derfinitely return.The staff were very friendly.. the breakfast was very nice..rooms spotless and would definitely go again.. Very clean and the quality and presentation of the food provided was excellant.nice and central to Bowness and a really good breakfast. close to town centre. Very friendly staff and comfortable room . Ideally situated for Bowness and Windermere. Lovely rooms, comfy beds and we were made to feel very welcome.pleasant staff, ok breakfast, comfort of room. it was central to windermere. Nothing bad to say. The TV was very poorly positioned couldn't watch it in bed.it was registered as Windermere but was closer to Bowness. hotel staff was rude and greedy. They overcharge me for their own mistakes.there was no wifi as advertised and was told we had to be out of the room by 10am, not 12am as it says on the website. on the preview of the hotel, it said their was wi fi access, this was not mentioned at the hotel, and we couldn't access the internet via laptop.
