Made to feel very welcome by Lorna and Simon, really friendly. Very clean and spacious family room. Breakfast was plenty and delicious. They were very kind to let us check in early as we were arriving by train in the morning. They have a café called café 21 during the day and serve a good variety of food and drinks plus discount if you are a resident!. We will be back to stay again. Brilliant! X.
所有评语 » We really enjoyed our stay at the trentham hotel, the room was lovely and clean and all the staff were really welcoming and friendly, they have everything you need and the breakfast was lovely and plenty with excellent and quick service, highly recommended we are going to take our children to stay as it is a lovely family hotel also. Excellent location for our family. Owners could not do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Have not been to Blackpool for years but grandchildren loved it so would recommend staying at Trentham. I thought the staff were excellent, very understanding about our late check in because of train cancelations. Nothing was too much trouble and they took the time to chat so it felt very informal. We loved that it was near to everything and a short walk to the winter gardens.as we was staying there for the uka dance championships.the owners were lovely and very welcoming too. Staff were really friendly from the moment we arrived and really helpful.. Its a shame we didnt make it to breakfast but will do next time. Everything. Lorna and simon were friendly abd welcoming. When i had questions before i arrived they emailed me back promptly perfect. the staff were very friendly and helpful,the room was clean and tidy.we will definatly stay here again next time we visit blackpool. the friendliness of the people running the hotel,the food was delicious,and the proximity of the hotel to the Tower was just perfect. The proprietors could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is excellent, smack bang in the centre of everything. A 5 minute walk to shops, bars, beach. Made to feel very welcome , and the room had a bit of thought to it which gave it a very nice feel. Very friendly and helpful people. Great breakfast. Excellent value. The true spirit of Blackpool. Everything , staff were helpful , clean room and affordable prices, good breakfast. Very friendly, well located, good value for money, very comfortable and clean:-). The hotel wad fab xx owners were lovely.xx beds were comfy and nice big rooms xx. The staff are very friendly and the full english breakfast is fantastic. very freindly couple easy to get on with near all attractions. Very clean and friendly hotel, would highly recommend. Nothing. All I didnt like was not having a bathroom in our room but we did book last minute and were assured of a better room next time we book. It really wasnt a problem. Nothing. nothing. Nothing. No parking facilities at the hotel, a couple of public car parks 5 minutes away,but not cheap, if your staying overnight, cost is £13 for 24 hours. None. Nothing really. Nothing.
