We had a really lovely and enjoyable stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Jim and Sue were really friendly, helpful and very kind. We arrived late on the Friday evening after being stuck in awful traffic. They were so welcoming and brought us tea and biscuits and really made us feel as if we were at home. The Hotel was decorated very tastefully and spotlessly clean. We were in a really lovely road off the main promenade and it was really easy to get into the main part of Blackpool if you wanted .

We didn't want to stay within the hussle and bussle of the main strip so the location was perfect for us especially as the tram stops at the top of the road and its only £3.50 each for an all day ticket. We couldn't fault the decor and cleanliness it was beautiful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable it was just like being at home. The breakfast was amazing, I personally dont see a problem with it only being served between 8.30 and 9am as it . We liked the friendlyness of jim an sue they were warm and pleasing offer us tea and scone after we arrive . It was my birthday the next day and they had a box of chocelate and a card waiting on our breakfast table for me , that kind of personal tuch you dont get in a hotel the breakfast was fantastic we enjoy our stay and felt verry comfortable in our room. Excellent place to stay in and will recommend this hotel to stay at. We are Ethlyn and Des stayd 6.8 12. 2013. The very warm welcome from Jim & Sue The Clean and comfortable rooms with extras. (hairdryer, TV) The Breakfast choices excellent and the cooked breakfast was perfect Cooked and presented well. The couple who run it were extremely helpful with local knowledge and tips but never intrusive. The location was excellent a few tram stops away from the Pier but far enough away to be quiet. The room was absolutely stunning and the proprietors went out of their way to not only provide the extra luxuries that I requested but they were of the highest quality. This was a special occasion for us and the experience will be held in our memories forever. We could not have asked for a better place in which to celebrate. It's no wonder North Crest is a multi prize winner for various awards! The whole place is stunningly decorated, top notch cleaniness, brilliant breakfast and friendly reception! The place is ideally located away from the buzzing centre but still easy access with only 5 minutes or so tram/bus ride!. Staff very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and spacious. It is all well decorated and clean through out. Well located just off the Promenade close to bus and tram route. Breakfast was very tasty served hot, with a choice of a few different things. Would recommend to anyone. Location. It's quite and perfectly located close to tram and bus stops. Breakfast superb, better than my mother's aga breakfasts. Gorgeous homemade banana and rum cakes. The owners Jim and Sue were first class hosts. Easy parking in a quiet residential location. Quiet area but not too far away from the activities in Blackpool. A very tastefully decorated and clean B&B. Hosts sue and Jim were very welcoming and helpful without being too pushy. Excellent breakfast and good choices. The breakfast, lovely quality local products. The owner was a pastry chef and baked her own cakes and jams etc. Liked the very fresh decor of the rooms. Sue & Jim were a very friendly and welcoming couple and made our stay so much nicer. It was a beautiful B&B and the food and home cooking were gorgeous. Instantly made to feel welcome which lasted throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, free parking, excellent breakfast and great attention to detail. very friendly and very clean,the food could not have been any better will be back.paid an extra twenty pounds for the deluxe double room worth every penny. Owners are a lovely couple who can't do enough for their guests. Hotel is beautifully decorated and spotless. Food is first class and cooked to order. Absolutely faultless! The water pressure on the second floor's room's shower can be more consistent and more powerful but that's just me being picky!. For me there wasn't anything not to dislike. The room called The Vibes was a double room on the top floor under the eaves. although beautifully presented, we found it to be a little small and having looked at the other two upgraded doubles, we would book one of those for a future visit. Cant find any fault. The artex ceiling let the room down,shower was a bit wimpy. No complaints at all. It would have been nice to have had the option of evening meal. Stairs...but I did have help & appreciated that. Everything was fine. A bit away from center of town. The size of T.v, bed was bit low though comfortable, toilet size a bit small. The distance to attractions. Design of bedroom regarding bed head clearance. nothing to complain about.
