The prices were very good and reasonable for the four nights myself and a close friend stayed for a break and change of scenery as I really could not complain at all perspectives. (Also was just in the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre) The only best thing about the Hotel we stayed was the 'bed comforts' and the room/bedroom was the most cleanest out of everything at that Hotel when we stayed overnight so we had no concerns sleeping overnight. Also to add the Reception people/staff that owned.

In honesty since the breakfast was included, I thought it was a very poor service. Since everything was paid to stay for the four nights and including breakfast. There was no Hospitality and the cleanliness was very unhygienic also to add I thought some slight effort with more range of breakfast food and drinks could of been improved. (Although as this didnt really effected us this much because we rarely stayed at the hotel all the time as we were mainly travelling).
Shared toilet and shower and sink wallpaper hanging off walls ugly interior.
No dressing table, not even a mirror !there were no curtain in the room, toilets were not in good condition kitchen looked very untidy and unclean. The foods were left out of other people in the small drover.
Was dirty, small, uncomfortable beds, cold wasnt told about breakfast or offered any so left without eating or having a drink with my young child. Not happy would never use again!.

The room, hotel as a whole or staff. I had to ask lots of questions and saw no sign of a breakfast!.
Services were not good. I have deducted money 2 times from my account. I agreeeed to pay 35£ for night stay but deducted 35£ two times. There was no mirror, no hair dryer, no coffee in the room.
instead of 2 rooms, only 1 room provided and no heater, hot water. terrible experience.
