We paid a little extra for our room to have the great view over more or less the whole re - My son and I enjoyed the environment of Capadoccia but would not have been able to do so without the help of the staff at Takaev who organised the balloon trip, tours, transfers and provided us with information about local sights and facilities. Staff were gentle in their approach, efficient in their delivery and had a wicked albeit understated sense of humour. I would have loved to take them with us for the rest of our tour.   The hotel is nice, clean and peaceful. Me and my family noticed the benefits of the thermal water the day after we started using it. Staff is very helpful and friendly.
