We really enjoyed one of the larger rooms (2) with its private hammam. What a lovely location and delightful hosts! We took advantage of the tour led by the owner's father, Hasan. Les Maisons de Cappadoce are beautifully restored local cave houses. Our studio Les Chevres was overlooking Pigeon Valley where we could see great examples of the rock formations which are typical of Cappadocia. We had a guide for 2days, arranged by Jacques, and this was well worth it.
Uchisar where Les Maisons are situated is quite a small town and much less commercialised than nearby Goreme.
