The staff was extremely helpful. Isa went out of his way in helping me purchase my ticket to Istanbul from Bergama and even drove me to the bus station. I'm very thankful for their kindness. On my arrival, they had just finished installing new HD TV in the guest rooms, which has over hundreds of channels that offer shows in all different languages
