The staff were very helpful when we called ahead on the day with our arrival time. It helped that they also spoke clear english. The apartment was clean and spacious. Getting there wasn't too much of an issue as its just off the main strip of İstiklal Avenue & not far from Taksim Station - perfect location really. appartements are really good located. You are in the middle of shops,
bars, clubs and Public transport stations (metro, bus). There is a car

which I liked. Only the sould of the mosque to stir me - which I
personally lov - it`s an exciting experience . the hotel, in spite of being small , it was very organized , very clean , staff are so helpful and i think that the fees are fair enough .
another point that i would like to clarify that my booking was for an ordinary room but when i reach the hotel they told me that i will stay in a luxe room coz my room was in use ! this is an experience that i recommend to everyone who intend to travel to istanbul.

A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!
