The staff were very helpful when we called ahead on the day with our arrival time. It helped that they also spoke clear english. The apartment was clean and spacious. Getting there wasn't too much of an issue as its just off the main strip of İstiklal Avenue & not far from Taksim Station - perfect location really. The hotel was in very good location. The stuff was very kind, Murat, the owner, was very helpful, give us all needed information. We stayed 5 persons in two bedroom apartment, and the apartment was very comfortable, clean. It is great for young people, close to istikal street, taksim, all good location to see and visit. We definetly would stay in this hotel.
