  Location was great, and enjoyed the convenience and freedom of apartment. Whenever there was a problem, staff got there quickly to try to resolve it. All appliances worked fine. Cleaning every 3 days was acceptable. Close to all the restaurants bars, attractions.. The owners were a really sweet and cultured couple who also speak a bunch of languages so they were able to help us out and translate anything we needed. They also know the city very well and gave great recommendations.

  The stuff was really friendly and helped us with all difficulties and unexpected situations that occured. Although most of the staff didn't speak enough English they were very helpful and kept us in contact with Saladin, who knew enough English and made sure that we would enjoy our staying at the hotel. Despite a problem with the suite that we ha... 别人怎么说 » d booked he gave us a 10 Euro reduction (per day) and he found us another beautiful suite with its bedroom located at the more quite side of the build - I liked the way the staff (Aladdin) , who gave me good advice, on where to purchase a mobile sim card. The breakfast was ok for me, and i had a kettle, and led tv and dvd player in my room. Friendly area, and only 5 mins to nearest metro Osmanbey. Taksim 1km away, in which i walked there and back thoughout my stay. Sisli is full of restaurants, and clothes boutiques and coffee shops. Recommended doug egberts ,5 mins from roncalli suites. Will book again, at Roncalli suites this december. Thanx

We love the location (close to most main attractions like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, endless shopping streets of Istiklal Ave), the apartment-like atmosphere with loft bed and kitchen, cleanliness-WOW. Lastly, friendly and accomodating staff! - The hotel staff were the ones that really made our stay memorable.
