The staff were very helpful when we called ahead on the day with our arrival time. It helped that they also spoke clear english. The apartment was clean and spacious. Getting there wasn't too much of an issue as its just off the main strip of İstiklal Avenue & not far from Taksim Station - perfect location really. Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again.
