We stayed in a family room with side view which was excellent - with great views across the pools of the neighboring hotel and to the sea beyond. The room was clean and well maintained. Our major gripe with the room was that the extra bed was uncomfortable & the pillows in particular were very "spongy". On the food front, we felt that evening meals at the buffet restaurant were a bit hit and miss. The salad bar was great, but the main courses and deserts were not always that good. Disappoin.
所有评语 » We stayed at Sherwood not at high season time and for the end of April the value for the money was excellent. The service was good. The staff was very friendly. The facilities in the rooms are good enough. We were given a family room instead of standard and of course we liked that fact as well. The variety and quality of food is very good (even compared with some more luxurıous hotels). The beach is also good. Food was very good -24 hours available !!! Lots of seasonal fruits and veggies incl cherries, peaches, juicy and sweet tomatoes - fantastic! Local cheeses , lamb kebabs, turkish flat bread -mokka---- yammy!! Ice- cream, waffles, deserts - all day and night! Animation team worked very hard daytime and in the evenings, very good teamwork - thank you!!! Slides and pools- paradise for children !. On arrival I asked for nigh sea view room.i wasnt dissapointed..the views every day were stunning with taurus mountains in the distance..food choice good, rooms large and clean, staff helpful..pool areas lovely...nicest thing for me was having breakfast al fresco every day on outside terrace restaurant..wonderful. I d like to thank Erkan in guest relation he is the best he help us to get air ticket reservation to istanbul n show us how to go by city bus to old city ,the shows for Adult n kids was amazing , food is plenty n all over the place. Landscape is nice and activities for all family . Interesting program every night for both kids and adults . Different swimming pool suitable for all ages . Valuable and various meals .this best choice for family with children. Reasonable choice of food. Location to the airport. Lovely gardens and adequate relaxing areas within. Pool with slides. The wifi was resrticted to the lobby area and the ac in the rooms was not constant. We were located on the 3rd floor facing the Royal Wings who had a very loud disco slide pools unfortunately used to opened for 2:30 hours only from 2 to 4:30 PM in the same time of lunch hours. The interior desigh needs rennovation but the rooms are not bad at all. The territory of the hotel is not very big. I think for five star hotel the lobby carpets need replacing as little tired looking, bathrooms clean but also a little tired...however I would definitely return and this was already my 2nd time here. Room size is not so big . Transportation from airport not valid . But taxies available all times . No coffee or milk in the rooms, only Turkish herbal teas. Room cleaner was asking if we had any loose change to spare. Rooms are old, no feel of luxury in it,wifi is in lobby only and to hard to login. WiFi! The connection was bad and it was only available at the lobby. Slight small rooms. Improvised performances of the entertainment staff, saving money instead of bringing external actors, desserts low level, a low level maintenance, look old, no elevators at pressure of meals, should go up and down by the legs. Nothing much. Old Tv in the room Only one Russian channel No moisturizing cream Poor bathroom collection. The man in the bag shop. wi-fi. Unhelpful reception and housekeeping staff. Irons not available in rooms airconditioning does not work. Transport. The hotel needs an uplift, its about 2-3 stars, not 4-5 as stated. Old and jaded, carpets smell a bit, especially at the lifts. Other hotels for the same money are better value and much more modern with new furniture and fittings. Sun loungers, not near enough, and areas at the pool are too small for the amount of people staying at the hotel. Why they don't just get more sun beds beats me. We have got problems about money.we booked a junior family room ı and my wife an 2 dougters(age12and. Age16)at the same time phoned to hotel,ask to my children.thay sayed ok.when we arrived,wanted 100€ more.I didnt have more time.ı paid but ı'm very uset and angry.they couldn't help me. this at best 4 start hotel. Not good value for money. Many rude custumers from turkey and russia. Saw people running after food. Very old furniture. 1) I payed for seaside room and They just told me sorry we do not have any other room left. They gave a room with no whew and told me that I have to blame letsbookhotel.com for that! 2) the staff was so unpoliedand respektles. 3) I asked for an ekstra room key and they could not give it to me. 4) the food was the same everyday and bad quality. 5) I do not know how they get five stars, they do not deserve it at all. 6) when we arrived nobody com to help us with the laugages. Food was not as good as other resorts that I stayed in . I don't think I want go back there.
