  This is such a great boutique hotel with warmth and style. I stayed here for 3 nights in a Deluxe Cave Room 103. The room was huge and with an equally big bathroom. It was well heated too. Avni, the manager was so friendly and helpful. He arranged tours and transport for us, and even told us how us to walk to - Safran Cave Hotel is family-owned and operated. The owners were warm, very hospitable, and welcoming to our children. The owner's son Avni is fluent in English and very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, have flat screen TVs with access to hundreds of channels, a fridge with minbar, and a designer bathroom.   Everything here was perfect right from the start. I emailed Maron Stone House only a day before i arrived re. Pick up from the bus station and they replied very quickly.   The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 8 in the morning after making our reservation only 15 minutes before. The normal check in time is 4pm but by 8:10 we were in our room and by 8:30 we each had breakfast in Front of us. That's the sort of extra customer service and care that earns my recommendation. Highly recommended - The place is well-built to give authentically local experience of life in the spectacular Cappadocia region. Friendly staff, comfortable open-air sitting spaces, magnificent views of the surroundings (esp. after climbing to the roof top) and plenty of information about the area as well as some insider local knowledge from a highly enthusiastic travelling assistant gave me a great welcome impression of the place.
