Well the hotel rooms are comfy and the staff are really helpful. i would like everyone to look for Ms. Tuba she is extremely supportive. the stuff in general are nice and they help and do there best to help the residents. the hotel is very close to a tram station that is 200 meters away. the tram station will take you to sultanahmet tourist area. there is a close by Mall that you will reach it for 7 liras only by taxi and thats Forum Mall. there is Vialand that you can get there by Taxi for 15 .
所有评语 » a nice hotel with great staff where ever you are in the hotel , they make your day , i am a regular visitor to Istanbul , this is my first stay in this hotel , but will not be the last . special thanks to Ferhat at reception . Ceyhun and Cihan at concerge . Like always ... Titanic chain of hotels is excellent. The location is 400 meters to the metro station that can take you to 90 % of Istanbul. 2.5 KM from Sultan Eyup where you can enjoy the telefreak ride 2KM to Istanbul forum (huge mall). Nice design, spacious rooms and nice breakfast. 5 stars view from 14th floor room and average Italian restaurant on 17th floor. Very clean hotel. Front desk speak english very good and they are very nice for any help. Friendly Staff Satisfactory Service and initiative help Design Hi-Quality furniture City view with Sea View mixture Very reasonable price for a 5* Hotel Free WiFi and completely open. Lobby staff and reception are nice and cooperative , good selection of breakfast items , I stayed in this hotel several times. Every time they make sure that I am satisfied. The hotel is very clean and modern. The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool was a bonus for our children!. The staff was really smiling and helpful.The bed was comfortable.The room and bathroom was very clean.It was a new and very lux hotel. It is the best hotel in Istanbul on everything, service, staff, restaurant and international class. I Recommend all very much. Everything was on the highest possible level except location :) - but there is an underground nad tram line nearby. modern style quick Elevators excellent breakfast marvellous view on Istanbul superiour room. Reception staff are friendly and proficional . Rooms are well designed and maintained . Perfect hotel , very good atmosphere and stuff , beautiful , clean and luxury hotel. Over all good. Excellent in all dimentions. evrithink was perfect 10+. the only thing i didnt like is the way to the tram station on foot. at night it might be a little intimidating but to be honest it is safe. Despite the great location that makes you easily reach many nice sites (like Sultan Eyup, Blue mosque ..etc, the Hotel's neighbourhood is not good at all. The hotel is surrounded with industrial workshops. Some of these workshops got very aggressive watching dogs. I was walking with two friends at night when one dog start barking at us in hysterical way ... that was 80 meters from the hotel. First of all location. It is in industrial zone but this is not main problem. Traffic in Istanbul is terrible so you need from Titanic to City center minimum hour driving if you had lucky. SPA and room service price are little bit higher than ussual.. Deposit in cash 100eur (dont accept credit card).. Its name!. House keeping always noisy , keep knocking and open door . Otherwise everything is really fine. score of 8.1 is much to low, for it's almost all perfect in this hotel. the location of the hotel in Bayrampasa is no good , it is far way from city center and everything else , near only to Istanbul Forum. Considering occupancy level, require more restaurants offering different kind of cuisine. Restaurant on first floor is too crowded. 1. I think i have been charged twice for the same stay. I asked the front-desk that my stay was already charged to my Card, but they still charged my room on my co-traveler's card, which i need to check now thoroughly with the Hotel Staff. Even last time, a charge of 12 TRY was taken from my card, but which being a small amount, i didnt contest. I didn't like the way things are handle at the reception desk. Quite a bit slow and unfriendly . coffee at breakfast. no major issue. The air conditioner of the room wasn't working properly and it took them two days to fix it. The location is bad, and strange enough the most area of the wellness center is for men only as the conservative owners does not allow women's in this area. Not understandable in a city like Istanbul. Very unprofessional attitude from the reception desk staff, the sell city maps by hiding they had free ones. Some of the reception staff do not speak English well For securing water, tea and coffee is not good Where I spent the night and the next day I went out and when I came back at night I can not find water, tea and coffee, But was secured after several contacts with reception. no thing. The room size was small and the cupboard was s All too. Room services , reception , the car that pick up me from airport the ac was not work. Elevators = you have to wait a lot of time Location = everything is very far Internet = so slow. In the middle of the Industrial area. reception - every time always problems on bookings. moving my rooms lost reservations - really un organised staff. every time I stay here (4 times now) every time there is always a problem with my booking. The reception staff and organisation is very poor. Actually i am really fed up with this service. once is understandable - but EVERY time?. I stayed three days. Housekeeping workers made too much noise in every three mornings. the staff do not has good communication with guest. The location among dustry area and far away from city ,the room service was fair need many call to anderstand and response because no speaking English well among staff , no good restorant beside the hotel . Treated very bad waiters , do not like to guest service,and this is abusive to the hotel's reputation. Staff knew little about their own hotel. Staff can be rude or indifferent. Business Hotel, but business centre was rarely open. When Business Center was open, it was an empty room. No nearby shopping of cafes. Not a 4 star hotel and not suitable for business travellers. Very poor all round. beds are too small, in a 5 star a king size should be standard, we had 5 uncomfortable nights and had to split up and each adult sharing with a child, even then the bed seemed small and uncimfortable. Room service is very bad house keeping is very bad cleaning of room is very bad Rooms overlooking the industrial area. Far from downtown.
