My wife and I loved everything about the place. The friendliness, warmth and helpfulness of the staff. The nice, clean and comfortable apartment (fully equipped kitchen and dining area) that we had at the top of the building, which was complemented by a beautiful view of that part of Istanbul. It is also strategically located to the conference centre, shops and a short 10 minutes walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Overall, it was a memorable experience. We will definitely stay ther.
所有评语 » - طاقم العمل و موظفين الاستقبال محترمين جدا و متساعدين و في خدمة الزبون في أي لحظة. 2- موظف الاستقبال يتحدث اللغة الانجليزية بطلاقة و يوجد كذلك موظف عربي يتحدث العربية. 3- يبعد خمس دقائق مشيا لأقرب محطة مترو. 4- يبعد من 15 إلى 20 دقيقة دقيقة مشيا و خمس دقائق بالسيارة لمجمع جواهر مول غربا أو ساحة تقسيم شرقا. 5- شكل الفندق الخارجي يبدو قديم لكن أثاث الفندق من الداخل جديد و نظيف و مرتب و أدوات المطبخ و غيرها مجهزة بالكامل. Very very nice people, we were attending the fair at Istanbul expo, they offering us free trip from our booth to their hotel, and the nice guy just appear at our booth, I even didn't tell him what booth no we are, so he helped us carrying all the luggage to the car, and drove us to their place; the location is quite good, very close to taksim, and the metro just 5 min walking from the hotel. Many thanks for every help!. The staff are extremely friendly and do the maximum possible to satisfy you. The location of the hotel close to Osmanbey metro and to Taksim gives easy access to subway. Surrounding hotels in the area are much more expensive. The rooms are like small apartments where you have fully-equipped kitchen, which adds to comfort. I would definitely re-book in this hotel without hesitation!. Everything was perfect! Good location, very kind and helpful staff, all of them, good wifi. The apartment was equiped with all necessary thing. New and modern furniture. We will definitely recommend karahan Residence to all our friends and relatives and for sure we will stay there in our future visits!. Very friendly staff+clean and spacious flat+we could deposit in the floor our louggage for some hours after checking-out+ Stores, restaurants and metro-station near to the appartment. Enjoiyed our 4-days city-trip. The staff were so helpful and very very friendly. We could not fault them. Bakery across the road and seeing real Turkey was fabulous. Location near other hotels made it easy to grab taxis to and from. - excellent staff, very cordial and helpful - very economical - flexible to accommodate changing needs etc - just 20 minutes walk to Taksim square - safe neighbourhood. apartment is very good but there is alittle bad odeur come from the kitchen the stuf try to remove it but they can't .the location is about twenty minutes from taksim. g00d staff.clean place..comfortable apartments. will stay there again. warm welcome. helped my wheel chair mum in out of the hotel and into the taxi and so on. I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and on top of that friendliness of the staff especially Mr Ahmad and Mr Mustafa, and closeness to shopping centre. staff is very good.its safty place.very nice desighn and comfort.thanks for clean room. staffs hospitality near city center helping others more than they should. The staff was very friendly and there was always a person at the reception at any time during the night. They called taxis for us when we needed, and were ready to help us with anything we asked for. The location was 15 minutes walking from Taksim square, but the Osmanbey metro station is very close (3 minutes walking) to the residence. We felt safe in the area and had a very nice time!. Apart from staff the reception man is very friendly and like to help, I did not like anything. It's a horrible place. The noise generated during the day time from the current construction activities on the building next to Karahan Residence but that's beyond the management's control. 1- كان هناك اعمال بناء مزعجة بالقرب من الفندق لكنها من بعد الساعة السابعة صباحا إلى الظهر فقط وهو شيء خارج عن إدارة الفندق. 2- الفندق لا يقع على الشارع العام بل وسط الأحياء و في وسط طريق منحدر قد يكون غير مناسب لبعض الأشخاص. Constructions in a building in same street but this didn't disturb me at all since I woke up at 8 AM. No cleaning in the room. If you stay longer than 3 days you should ask for possibilities to clean. 15 min walk distance to Taksim-Square. Whit metro you have to change 3 times to arrive to the old city...Taxi is not expensive but it takes mostly longer time becouse of the traffic jam... It was a little scary arriving in that street in the night. Great apartment in an interesting street. - the street where it was located was in a safe but a run-down neighbourhood - the decor of the room was not artistic - there was a moderate degree of street noise. the elevator is very narrow. don't clean every day. nothing. construction noise that you can hear in most part of Istanbul during daytime. the outside shape of area seems old. The location is very bad, not safe, too much sound as there is building work next to the hotel. The apartments are really small. Dirty and air condition is not working in every room. I would never stay in this hotel again and would not recommend to anyone. The area is really really bad!.
