Staff were very supportive and helpful especially Mr Emrah at the reception and we thank him for his kind support and help.The interior design of the hotel including rooms is amazing. The service is quick and if you are not comfortable in the room given to you they will change your room. Also the location is excellent only 3 meter away to the metro , and short distance to theTram, the famous Istiklal shopping Street and other major tourist attractions. I would recomend this hotel. 所有评语 » It’s a great hotel which I have seen the best in my İstanbul travelling. It has big rooms, the bathrooms and all the areas are too clean. The staffs are helpfull, frienly and sociable. The hotel look like my home sweet home. So that when I come to İstanbul, my addres is Daru Sultan Galata. I reccommend you to try this boutique hotel. You will be glad, definitely!. Decoration value for money and location. Everything was excellen during our stay. Attentive staff and close to all the attractions. The tube station is 20 seconds from the hotel. We would recommend with pleasure this hotel. All the staffs can not speak English except for Mr Emrah.The breakfast buffet is limited and is the same every day. Could be more diversity for breakfast, we had the same choice of breakfast during our stay. The shower drain was smelling bad. No hair dryer in the room. breakfast is poor. Some room cleaning problems. Bad smell in the bathroom. We had to change room. Breakfast is not as I waited for, it was not an open buffet, they serve small amounts of food and not various at all.. It is their only poor aspect. The room is a little bit small, especially the shower room. Just basic Turkish breakfast, not much included. In hotels of this standard, I expect fresh pressed juice and expresso-coffee at breakfast, not juice from box. breakfast choice very lmited no cereals for example. extra bed is too much, not enough space.
