The location is excellent to explore Beyoglou area. The hotel is new, very clean and really cosy. Also very quiet although central. The breakfast really adequate. Some of the stuff (Bulent) extremely kind and helpful. In conclusion a very good value for money hotel. The hotel is perfectly located less than a minute walk to the lively Istiklal street however the neighbourhood was quite and we had no sleeping problems. The room was very clean with all the facilities working well. The staff were polite and friendly.
所有评语 » The hospitality is great. The hotel staff is wonderfull, friendly, kind and very helpfull. The Taksim square is very near and easy to walk to and taste the beautifull part of the city. Staff very friendy. Even the room is small, it was comfortable clean and calm. Good buffet at the breakfast. Excellent situation close to Taksim & Istiklal zone. Great position, 2 mins from Taksim. Very nice area, full of life but not noisy at night. Changed towels every day, breakfast is decent. Location of the hotel and the location was perfect, very clean, comfortable, staff is very nice hotel, the rooms are very good. Staff are very friendly - Perfect location as it was less than 5 min walk to taksim - Clean - Wi-fi - Great value for money. Everything was ok, except for the first day of our stay. I shall definitely stay at this hotel. I recommend it. The building is renovated and located in the most lively and popular neighbourhood of Istanbul. Clean, nice decoration, very close to the shopping center, and Taksim Square, friendly staff. It's very near to Istiklal Caddesi and its night life, but in a quiet and silent street. We were asked to pay on arrival and they didn't accept credit cards although is mentioned so. A strange ''mistake'' on the calculation of the currency rate was cleared up quickly. A public pc would be helpful. They didn't accept payment by credit card. The rooms are extremely small. Also the breakfast tasted good however it was pretty basic and need a bit more varieties. Rooms are very small. Rooms are the smallest I've ever seen, but decent. Not all staff speaks English. Rooms are small but wasn't a big deal for me. The toilet was subsequently leak (room 203). It should fixed. I've read it in other reviews too. Τhe first day of our stay, during which no previously inform us, they gave us an apartment to stay, in another building with noise and without wifi. Immediately we expressed our displeasure to staff and the next day we moved to a room in the main building. The rooms are too small and some of the rooms don't have a window. Very tiny rooms, the room No. 101 is very noisy because it's next to the reception, and you will hear every word they says outside... should be more options for breakfast... Rooms very very small. Breaksfast. More variety. The room was really cozy and small but all we needed is a bed and hot water :). I had to pay in advance before I enter the room, something that was not stated in the site. the daily breakfast options should be a lot more varied and not the same options every morning as was the case during our stay. Rooms are a bit small. too noisily, impossible to have rest during day time with open windows. no wifi provided for 4 days. - Used to different hygienic standards (in two words: quite dirty); - Smallest room in my life (but it was clearly stated BEFORE the reservation); - Quite noisy. - The room is too small. - If you need to pay credit card The hotel charges 8% which is abnormal .A way to have you pay in cash ...strange knowing that no bank in the world charges 8% on credit cards. To hotel personel - Please check your bathroom equipment in rooms! Lavatory leakage - is not pleasant thing at night!. really small room, not fully cleaned bathroom (someone forget his deodorant in the bathroom and no one took it before me). They said that "you have to pay cash", why not credit card, I do no understand.
