Very nice and cozy hotel which has been originally an ancient butchery. Every room is equipped individually with lots of love for details. Staff is the friendliest you can imagine giving you a hand whenever they can. The Turkish Breakfast is very delicious with olives, cheese, ham, cooked egg, honey and jam! Not to forget the Turkish tea or coffee! Ortakoy is a very nice district next to the Bosporus Bridge where you can find nice locations to have a cup of tea or dinner. To the city center it´.
所有评语 » Great location, very friendly owners and staff. It is a nice small hotel, 6 or so room only. Just a few steps off the Ortakoy pier the hotel has an excellent location with access to everything Ortakoy and Besiktas have to offer. It is surprisingly quiet at night so you dont really hear the street sounds (we stayed at the top floor). The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayd with our 16 month old daughter and they brought us some warm milk for her breakfast. It was a very nice persinal to. The hotel is a little bit small, but the atmosphere is beautiful with cozy design. The staff is very helpful, one of tip if you stay this hotel and tour Istanbul for several days is that you can get an 'Istanbul kart' from the staff which allows you to use public transportation with a reasonable price. The location is very nice. It is very near Bosphorus which gives chance to enjoy a great view with having lunch or dinner or even a cup of tea and cruise. Excellent staff.They helped us a lot with arranging transports and directions.They were also very friendly and caring.Turkish Breakfast was good, rooms were tidy and clean, there was always warm water in the shower and the street view is quite okay.The rooms were authentic.I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who's visiting istanbul for a couple of days and wants a friendly place to stay in. Super-friendly staff. Alper, the host, helped us with planning our daily routes, was straightforward and very obliging. The rooms were clean, cozy and well designed and the location is just perfect. You can get the breakfast anytime you want and its really tasteful. I wonder that nobody mentioned the lovely scent in the rooms before... All in all I can totally recommend Corner Hot. Just in Ortaköy! What else can you wish?:) Perfect location. Especially for those who prefers to stay away from main tourist crowds:) But at the same time you can easily get to Top Kapı etc. area by taxi or public transportation. Clean&safe! Apart from that, the hotel is pleasant, quirky and tastefully decorated with aspects of Istanbul's different landmarks. There are a number of nice little touches around the place and everything was very clean. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast was quite good. The rooms were very charming with unique decor. They were very clean with excellent showers and comfortable beds. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel was very convenient to buses and the waterfront. We also enjoyed the mini refrigerator in each room and the lovely breakfast every morning. Our overall impression is wonderful. Best Wishes Andy. The concepts of rooms are really good. The whole design of hotel is really interesting. They told us, the hotel was butcher in the past :) Also the keyring that they gave us really is really thoughtful gift. It's very clean and quiet hotel. There is nothing bad about this hotel. Very cordial staff. Rooms are quite small but they clearly specify it, so: no suprises. However the hotel is not as essential as you can imagine, on the contrary it has every kind of comforts you could find at that price. Everything was really fine. I had a good stay. it was all good. location (even if it looks a little bit out from the map) is not a problem at all for touristic stuff, and it's nice not to be in the centre. Ortakoy is a pleasant area, and it's very easy to go by bus up the coast to some of the Bosphorus sites. The owner was phenomenal. Super helpful and accommodating even after I checked out. The location of the hotel was great - only 5 minutes from the water. The rooms were cozy and charming with nice local touches. The traditional Turkish breakfast was nice too. The location is just perfect easy to locate and don't have to climb the hills like many other hotels around. The staff are so nice and kind as they offer me additional service of carrying me to my friends hotel on a bike few meters up the hill. Location. very helpful staff. It's definitely so close to Ortakoy district. Budget rooms are small.Streets could be a bit noisy. We had to switch rooms and the second room was a little smaller than the first. good location, but a bit hard to find the hotel in the knotty streets. No bad experiences. It is not really easy to find. the room was really quite small, but they told us beforehand by email, so no complaints!. No standard breakfast served even when I paid for it, you don't get several varieties as it is in many hotels around. On first arrival hard to find because there is no hotel sign yet. The economy size room is relly very small. It is recomended to go for standart room. The breakfast was a bit poor, but nothing bad. Just poor. Not really a problem if you didn't count on that. Anyhow istanbul is pretty cheap and has so many delights for you on the road. Noisy on a Saturday night. The only thing that is to much is the street noise... Nothing about the hotel, though we found prices for meals, drinks etc. in Ortakoy were high in comparison with other areas of Istanbul. Nothing. very small single room. Can't find the hotel easily. Small room, ugly view (out from the window). I mean very small room.
