The staff was Extremely friendly - the owner would always stop and ask how our day was and was very helpful. He even let us keep our bags overnight in the room when we went on a tour to Gallipoli for no extra charge. It's very close to the metro, so you can easily get into the main area of town, or we found the 10-15 minute walk very pleasant aswell - overall, was very good!. the staff is amazing, very helpful and cheerful. the rooms are comfy. the adjacent Cafe has great food and coffee with really good prices. The location is great, 10 minutes by Tram from the historical area, and a walking distance from the vibrant heart of the city.
所有评语 » İt is a very good hotel for the budget consious travellers, location is extremely good with connectivity to whole of the city. The staff is extremely cooperative and the pastry shop staff is also very good. Although I stayed for one day İ loved the place. The owner is super extrovertive and really fun to talk to. We arrived late (4am) because a flight got delayed and he still opened the door with a smile and showed us everything we needed in the rooms. The small cafe they have is also really good!. The staff there is very nice and helpful. The hostel is clean, affordable and it is well located, close to shops and tram station. Locals from the street are also very friendly, it was great to have contact and discussions with locals. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to help, excellent location - close to mini-markets, cafes and a few minutes walk to Tophane station and Taksim. Also, a really cute cafeteria. Will stay there again, thank you =). The location was great. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. Great value for the money if you're looking for a great location with the basics. Very friendly and helpful owner. We loved the cafe. Serdar is exceptionally helpful and friendly. His advice is useful and accurate, and he is always at the hotel to help. A central location on an authentic local street. My stay here was awesome. The manager is great, and the beds are comfortable. Plus it's in a quieter neighborhood that's not too far away from Taksim. The Owner Serdar was extremely kind and accommodating, looking out for us and recommending some fantastic places for us to go. Staff were very helpful. close to tram stop and shopping ares as well as bars/nightclubs. The location is excellent as well as the price which is good value for money. The owner is a very nice person. The room (6 bed) was very confortable. - Location - Friendly personnell - Room to streetside with nice view. the boss is really great and friendly. Great staff, truely friendly and helpful Very good central location makes things easier Charming little caffe downstairs Cheap accomodation was fair enough for our objective - crashing somewhere for the night upon roaming around Beyoglu district It's a short walk from Galata Bridge from where you can take ferries to different parts of town, and a short walk from Istiklal street, Taksim square etc. down the street there's a tram station, so that's helpful too. If you're a budget traveller, indif. I like this place extreme because of the double decker bed that being choose( pure white design) and with a friendly and kind host plus a security box with key given..I cannot see what I demand more for the price I paid. And it is again a plus for 2 mins walk to the Tophane Metro station and 7- 10mins to istilkial Street-Taksim area. The location - the tram stop was just a few meters away and you could easily reach the major sightseeings. A quiet place. I would recommend the hotel to young people only. staff really helpful and friendly. very good location clean. the local restaurant downstairs is really good and cheap. Location (close to taksim square and tram station). Convenient location. - Walking distance to tram stop. Only comments on how it could improve, it did not however negatively impact our stay at all. There was no common room so if you were a single traveller it would be very hard to meet other travellers, and also, quite petty but there was no mat for the shared bathroom which meant the floor did get very wet - positive to this was that it was clean and the water was cleaned up frequently. Bathrooms are a bit out of shape but not a big thing. My friend had some issues with the wifi on his device, but it worked well on mine. Bathrooms should be separated for males and females and perhaps could be a little cleaner (although they weren't bad at all.) Maybe a little lounge area for solo travelers to meet others. My only complaint is about the Wi-Fi in the room but it was just fine at the cafe. A common room would be nice, but not required. There are no real negatives, I had an amazing time. Area is not as nice as the old city. The bathroon was a little bit cold. - Neıghbours of hotel are bothering the manager if guests do not close the curtains at night...they find thıs indecent. Conservative muslims must not rule the world! (Not the hotels fault.). nope. Bad smell around bathroom/toilets characteristic of many old Istanbul buidings though. Inclusion of floor wiper in the shower could be helpfull Water not that hot and not much pressure again, don't know if there's really much that can be done about it. Perhaps just the limit of the washroom + shower.. which cannot being demand more. Since,it was a sharing one between 6 person of Doom Room. No breakfast included in the price. No elevator - a bit tough when your room is at the top !. smallest rooms possible no furniture besides bed and hangers same washroom on floor. toilet door in the first floor is really broken,smelly, a/c in the room ....not really working.. and it's too noicy to open the window.. not easy to fine. there was no towel,no iron and also liquid soap was dirty. during the early morning suddenly someone tried to open our door even it was locked she kept pushing it, she was the cleaner, as she said she thought we left the room and there was no soundproof even you can easily hear someone's whispers. The wi fi didn't work on 3rd floor. There is no lobby or way to contact manager unless he happens to be in the cafe during the day. Two beds had box springs but no mattresses, and it took repeated requests to get the problem solved by the second day; the manager didn't want to reduce the room cost to make up for the inconvenience. Trash containing dirty toilet paper wasn't emptied every day. - Bathroom smell strong, damp ordour in building - Cannot flush toilet paper - No breakfast included, place down stairs expensive - Wifi not that good - Owner can be difficult, took lots of convincing to sort out wifi problems and clean bathroom - Area is noisy.
