Basically everything, the apartment was in an amazing location and clean. I had it with two balconies one on each side looking on sea side and the local street. Orhan (owner/Manager) is a very friendly and welcoming person and takes care of the property well. This is not a hotel, but a fully fernished apartment. I got a queen bed in the bedroom with a twin folding bed extra (did not use it), I had tea and coffee every morning in the balcony before heading out. It was very nice view and luckily .

The most wonderful thing we experienced is the hotel manager Mr. Orhan, he speaks a good Arabic, English as well, he helped us with everything we required during our stay. He maid us feel like home, even after we left the forth night we were heading to princes island, y'alova then bursa' he was calling us all the time to make sure we enjoy our stay & did few o. الإقامة في سويتز أوي كانت جداً مميزة , الجناح كان نظيفاً للغاية والمنظر رائع وبإمكانك أيضاً أن تطل على بحر البسفور بكل وضوح ومن مكان ليس بالبعيد, الموقع أيضا مميز ولاتبعد عن ساحة تقسيم سوى دقيقة واحدة فقط أو أقل , كان الاستقبال رائعاً من أورهان التركي الرائع المجيد للغة العربية بطلاقة , تعامله رائعاً ولبقاً ومحترماً , كما أنه ساعدنا للحصول على بعض المعلومات حول إسطنبول والمطاعم الشهيرة والأسواق المطلوبة .. المبنى آمن وبإمكانك فتح الباب الخارجي عن طريق جهاز القفل الأوتوماتيكي عن بعد .. أورهان يس. My wife and I booked 6 nights and on our arrival Mr. Orhan provided our shuttle driver with directions to the hotel as there had been some road closures in the Taksim area. Mr. Orhan had greeted us that evening even though it was 2 am in the morning. He is like family and shared his life with us as we go to know him each passing day. He speaks Farsi, and English very well since I only speak English and my wife speaks Farsi. On more than one occasion we had to call and use his assistance to ma. 1. Location..100 Meters from Taksim Square metro & tram station. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping area. 2. The manager in charge, Orhan, is always there to help and to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. 3. The one bedroom apartment comes with a separate living room with a sofa bed. Just nice for family of 4 (with young kids) or 3 adults. 4. WiFi is available. 5. Value for money. This was our second visit to this apartment as we enjoyed our stay as the apartment is big , spacious . Mr Orhan was amazing and although we arrived late he was there to ensure that we checked in with no delays. We were celebrating our honeymoon ... Orhan surprised us with lovely flowers and petals etc. and he even allowed us to have a late checkout. I would highly recommend Away suites. Suzie Dubai. I loved the rooms, it was very comfortable and simple, nothing realy expensive or suffisticated by still makes you feel like home. the Hotel Manager was very friendly and helpful, he even helped with the bagages personally and when we needed a taxi he ran in the street to arrange for one!! i really thank him for the amazing service he provided. very friendly staff, great central location, 2 min' from Taksim Sq. and the Metro station though, it's 2 min' from Taksim and Istklal St. it was very quiet Neighborhood .. Mam and I ,would like to thank Mr. Orhan and Mr.Mateen for making our stay very comfortable and their nice welcoming... Очень заботливый персонал - помощь по всем вопросам, хороший английский. Вполне достойный wifi. Virtualy in taksim , everything you need is in the appartment even a dish washer(we did not use it anyway).a bug retarder is supplied .you name it it is there (be reasonable with your immagination).mr haroon (the maneger )was exteremly helpful it is worth every turkish lira I paid. Excellent location and well equipped apartment with a wonderful sea view!!! Orhan the manager is such a sweetheart and a very friendly and helpful host who makes your stay just great!!! We will definitely come back and can just recommend AWAY SUITES to everyone..... Mr Orhan was very friendly and helpful in every way. He was there to meet us and assist with luggage. The apartment is big and away from noise with comfortable beds. We had a lovely view from our lounge room. We shall definitely stay there again. Chris Australia. I'll definitely use away suites when I visit Istanbul again. orhan was a top guy and helped out alot, cleaned the place every day, and had everything you need, it was a home away from home, i would recommend and stay there again. and close to taksim and had ocean view on the balcony. Even that we got into the suites around 3 A.M. we found the manager (Orhan) waiting for us to be sure everything done correctly. Orhan was a very friendly, helpful, Tri-lingual person. Clean, close to taxim square and metro station. I recommend this place for everyone want's to visit taxim. Also the hotel owner is very cooperative and helpful. Location - Suites includes everything needed for families -Orhan (Manager) was supportive and very helpful Guy - I recommend everyone to book this property. Location is very good, in the centre of Istanbul near Taxsim. You can cooking in apartment. Metro, bus station in a 5 minute way. All was good. Location is great!! Location of the apartment was very good and very close to Taksim Square its a walking distance, the host was very friendly hence a bit questioning a lot but seems he is being friendly, quiet neighbor hood, actually when we 1st checked the room was not up to what was expected where next day the host moved us to a better room. There is nothing I did not like. None. Nothing bad .. everything was perfect. Internet was slow or no connection. was perfect. Nothing. Nothing it was all great. Was nice if they have cleaning materials such as dishwashing liquid ... but overall a great place to stay in Istanbul in terms of location and staff ...I recommended for other travellers as well I'd stay again there ... Unnesessery, I think, sexy picture hang on the bedroom wall. I could not find any fault. was a little smelly at the entrance when you enter the apartment but other then that for the money it was great. Nothing at all. Nothing. Not only cutlery. Internet connection is not that good, I believe furniture needs to be changed especially bed sheets, its time the host to do a bit of touches :).
