It was first time visiting Istanbul. It was a pleasure time to stay in Aspalace hotel: very clean, comfortable furniture, personal is so helpful and nice, location is close to Aksaray tram and shopping area, breakfast was good and calm atmosphere in the hotel. I definitely suggest this hotel snd will come back here. Even if everyone is complaining about the small room and the noise , i have to say that this hotel is great . Very good location near everything, good food, very cleaning. The staff is great and comunicative. I recomand it with all my heart.
所有评语 » We had very decent accomodation at Aspalace. Clean, comfortable, good working wifi. Very close the the tram station Aksaray, which was extremely helpful. The staff was very kind and helpful, a very big plus for the hotel. Good location close to tourist tram. Very clean. pretty room. Helpful staff, who spoke English. It wasn't too noisy and the bed was big and comfortable so we could rest. Good personel, hotel pretty clean, lot's of food for breakfast, pretty good position close to Sultan Ahmed and other locations. Everything was very good: the hotel's excellent location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, great value for money. Close to transport and shopping. Staff were great and helpful. Also compared to other hotels in other capitals this was the most expensive, but not the nicest. Bad wifi signal, bad acouistic insolation, small rooms and closets. Nothing. Some areas were not very clean. Room are too small :(. The room is little bit old. The price is little bit expensive, but not only this hotel. Many things were broken, toilet bourde did not work, light switch faulty, beds are old and uncomfortable. Address in letsbookhotel.com is not accurate so difficult to locate even by taxi driver. Most of the staff in the reception didn't speak understandable english so they couldn't give any useful information about the city. No parking zone @hotel. Used public, payed parking space near by. restaurant staff. There are many bedbugs in the room. Poor cleaning. Simply never Book here. Very bad expierence in relation to service level. Rooms were not cleaned, even though we booked the hotel before our trip to Istanbul it was overbooked and we had to stay one night in a much worse hotel nearby and spend the rest of the nights in a twin room with 2 separate beds even though we booked a double bed room. The breakfast also did not comfort us - not much to choose from.
