A really nice hotel owned by two Lovely brothers Ali and Musdat who couldn't do enough for you. Staff, Mustafa, Ismail and the lovely receptionist Bilge, so warm and friendly, not forgetting night receptionist Mustafa all so helpful. This is our fourth stay at the Doruk and would recommend it to anyone, we hope to return again. The staff, particularly Bilge, were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble or difficult, super friendly and welcoming!!! We really enjoyed our time there, 5 mins to town, easy walk. If you find managing you bag on stairs difficult one of the staff will carry them for you. The balcony is spacious.
所有评语 » Wonderful and helpful staff (always smiling reception) kept their pool open later to allow us a quick swim upon our late evening arrival. This was much appreciated. The hotel has a great pool area and located right along the harbour with stunning views. Breakfast was nicely done. It is 3star but a really good Hotel. The room was very clean, well designed and had sea view. The staff are friendly and helpful and not pushy . The ambience is relaxing. We will return next year. Location excellent. My vacation was very beautiful, thank u for everbody for Hotel Doruk's staff, cleaning and personnel is so good, breakfasts and the meals are perfect, i'm going to come this summer again, see you, byby.. Excellent location, right on the edge of the marina with a very close access to the center of town and lots of privacy. Very quiet and relaxing. Very helpful staff. True boutige hotel. Everything was great - staff were friendly, in proximity to everything we needed, atmosphere was wonderful, room and room service was comfortable, see you.. Comfy rooms, well located to explore Fethiye and the surrounding areas. Short bus ride to Oludenz, and amazing south-facing beach with fabulous sunsets. Great location and friendly staff that were always happy to help. Would reccomend people to stay here. Hotel very clean and staff helpful and attentive. Breakfast was a buffet style with good selection. Very nice view from the balcony. Just besides the yacht port. Helpful staffs. The view from my room was really good and they have small balconies where we could sit outside and enjoy it. A view definitely worth drinking in. The hotel staff was very cordial. They helped us with transportation and stuff. No doubt the room was very comfy. The wardrobe was also very spacious so all of the luggage was taken care of. The room was decently furnished. The cleaning staff was also good. It was a relief to come to a decently cleaned room at the end of the day. The location of the. Clean, sea view is beautiful. the owners are friendly and very helpful. The day we checked out , the owner helped us booking the bus to Pamukkale. Appreciated. Friendly female receptionist. Beautiful sea view, confortable room. Free internet in the reception. Staff friendly. Air conditioning not so good as the weather was so hot when we stayed 42oC in June. Pillows are very hard and not comfortable other than that no complaints. the pool was chilled. The hotel faces North so in October doesn't get many hours of sun on the pool area. Check out time was midday but we weren't being collected till 6pm. We asked if we could have a room to shower and get changed after using the pool. They wanted to charge us 45Euro for what would be 3 hours. You would have thought habing spent two nights at the hotel and it was virtually empty they would have let us use one room as a gesture. Breakfast wasn't good at all. They definitely need to work on the breakfast menu. They should also upgrade the elevator. Plus the air conditioning in our room was broken. They have this really old fashioned system where you have to adjust the temperature using a knob and the one in our room would turn off if we tried to bring the temperature below 25! The ventilation in the bathroom was very poor. When we checked out, want to pay the room by cash, the receptionist informed us that she already charged us via the guarantee credit card that I provided to letsbookhotel.com, and if we prefer to pay by cash, she will do the cancellation. We prefer paid by cash. It's better if they can check or ask the guest how would we like to pay in advance. Buffet breakfast, a choise of 8 different olives (if your a real fan of olives for breakfast) and one choise of tea (already made!). Instant powdered coffee rounds it off as the worse breakfast we have had in Turkey ! A real shame as view from the restaurant was beautiful !!!. Beds hard & room cramped with 2 adults & 2 kids.
