That my request for additional pillows were honoured (pregnant) I was allowed to check in even before it was the official check in time. That transportation within the compound was always available. The location is perfect. Excellent customer service. The rooms were extremely comfortable. This is about my 4th visit to this hotel but the previous 3 were under the old Hilton banner. We found a vast difference in the attitude of the staff....I Will say genuine friendliness and a willingness for service. We booked on line "Booking . com" and everything was perfect.
所有评语 » We loved the room's view of the ocean from our balcony, swimming in the ocean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were well layed out. 1. Nice isolated location. 2.Friendly and helpful staff. 3.Easy access to airport and surrounding towns. 4.Management notified us immediately and was quick to offer perks when the a/c was not functioning properly for 2 days. The food was excellent variety and nicely presented, staff could not do enough for you to make your stay memorable.. The views from hotel rooms was breathtaking. I like the proximaity to the beach which gave you the option to choose between that and the pool. The view of the beach was also a plus. Ambiance was great and the staff members were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Internet connectivity was extremely good. Lovely setting, friendly and helpful staff. Make sure you take the free shuttle bus to Pigeon Point - a beautiful spot. The hotel amenities are excellent, and the beaches that surround the hotel and magnificent. Loved the layout and the design of the buildings as well the scenic surroundings. Hotel is in very good shape and staff are working hard to upkeep the venues. I liked the wide range of facilities and the spaciousness of the resort. The design/layout; seaside; pool; food; surroundings; estate; facilities. Friendly helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Location and design. The ambiance and staff. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Buffet - style eating, entertainment and the variety of activities. Staff were very nice Location was fantastic Food was delicious. the acommadation and d friendly staff. Food was also good. Everything, but having to stand in long line for breakfast. The view from the room wonderful. Pool area was great. Beautiful building, pool rooms breakfast. Excellent service, ambience, breakfast. liked the breakfast package. View of the room Privacy. Everything. I like that it was a beach front property. It was very relaxing. The location, the quiet,the surroundings. Area was beautyful, dinner was good! They offer bus to "normal " beach every day!. SETTING ,garden vue,peaceful surroundings.. ,. Benne Cafe needs a wider variety of cakes. My stay was too short. On departure we asked the bell hop to oraganize a taxi back to the airport.....it was Sunday right after breakfast that the arrangement was made for 11:00 am departure. When we got there for the departure it was like the request was now being heard for the first time....comments were being made like where is this taxi man....we made the call a long time ago. This was unacceptable.....someone finally came about 30 mins later and we just made it on time for the airport boarding. -We had a outdoor light shining into our room that made it difficult to sleep at 11 pm. Lights were dimmed after midnight. -Hotel food was pricey and rooms only contained a small bar fridge. Need to get off the resort to get good value for meals. -No beach volleyball courts for the family to play on. -Hotel had beach showers at the main area of the hotel but lacked beach showers near ends of the resort where our room was. We ended up bringing beach sand into our rooms regularly. The gardens surrounding the resort need to be better maintained. Bath towels were not always available when rooms were cleaned. I had to request towels 3 times during my one week stay. Can't say did not like but would have been nice if the tour desk encourage day trips and things to see and do...would be a big seller if the hotel offered a full all inclusive package. There is no designated smoking area and guest were smoking at the bottom of the stairs and smoke filtered in the room through the bathroom vent. Three of the four nights the water was off. There is no nightly entertainment. The beach end at the South of the compound can be cleaned as the North, since it will help the guests located on the south side to enjoy the facilities better. As its on the Atlantic coast the sea can be very rough. At my arrival the girl at the front desk was something like in bad mood, and gave incomplete information. But all the other personnel was terrific and very friendly. Limited activity for early teens. need to have some sports activities on the beach - jet ski, snorkel, windsurf, etc. I was told that the cost of my one night stay was $US199.99, but i was charged $TT1500. I was not provided with a proper document of the excess charges. I would like this document to be e-mailed to me please.I was told that i could check in early when i arrived and i did so at approximately 12:00pm, but i was not told that i would be charged extra. This is unacceptable. I did not like the method of room service being paid by cash. Usually it is charged to you room and upon leaving the guest would clear all amounts outstanding. It was just fantastic. I really disliked the fact that they had a special going on for locals of Trinidad and I was not informed of it from the hotel, after I specifically called them the day I made the booking online. I felt a bit cheated. No entertainment and having to stand in long line for breakfast. Buffer dinner lacked variety my family of 4four adults stayed in rooms 203 and 204 which was extremely far from pool restaurant and car park. The lighting on the main entrance to the hotel front gate , was very lowly lit and we had difficulties driving at night time. Beach was rough More activities for children. Nothing. There was not much for my teenage kids to do, they were bored and we had to take them out of the resort. The restaurants are way to expensive and service can be very slow. people in maintenance room were noisy..Employees smoked. Arriving moment I had no possibilitie to pay in cash- they just gave me a bill to sign- they said money is tooken already from my card- I was very disappointed!!!!!! I wanted to pay in cash- plus I had to pay all days plus credit advanced... In location- terrible wind.. Type of rooms requested compared to what we got didn't correspond... very very disappointed with rooms!!!!!! not too clean!!!! handicap room requested but nothing in the room I got wasn'T for handicaps!!!!!!!!!.
