The location! Just 20 meters from the pier, and so close to all the restaurants! Free wifi too!. Good location, right next to the boat pier. Everything ok. Location - close to pier (which is especially good when you have luggage to carry on arrival and departure). They stored our luggage in the reception on the day of check out as we had ferries later on in the day - massively helpful!.
所有评语 » The hotel is conveniently located in the city, everything you need close by. Pierce also nearby. However close to the beach and relax. The location was great as walking distance (2 mins) from pier. In the centre of shops, food and bars with easy access to beach. The location was just 1 minute walk from pier and at night no noise. The room was small, but ok. Good airco. Location is great, 1minutes walk when you get off the pier... Room was clean... Staff pleasant... The location is really good. Just a few minutes walking from the place the ferries arrive. 2min walk from the pier. room was ok. Good location. Not far from the pier. Nice location. Good location, right at pier centre of everything. Rooms were a bit over-priced, but then again everything is on Phi Phi. Rooms could do with being a little cleaner - especially the bathrooms (large mould patch on the ceiling in one bathroom). Rooms were not cleaned once in the five days we were there. Old noisy air conditioning and weird bathroom. Basic accommodation, the 'balcony' was a 2' strip with power cables hanging at head height! The room was small for 3 adults and no kettle to make a drink which would have made a difference to me. Tv had no sound. Too expensive.. but thats with all the hotels on Phi Phi. For a shower you have to sit on the toilet.. bathroom was realy tiny!. Room was small, bathroom really small... Expensive for what you get, better accommodation available on the island... Definetely overpriced. 60 dollars per night for what is offered is more than the double what it should be charged. But that's Phi Phi Island accomodation, right? Possibly there are cheaper options. Bath room was so small that you take shower standing 30cm from toilet which gets shower as well :) Aircondition was leaking so we had small lake in the room, but at least it was working... There is a problem with the door lock of the room. Spend a lot of time trying to open the door with the key. Bedbugs, uninterested staff. The beds have a lot of insects like fleas and others. Me and all of my friends have a lot of allergic reactions to their bites. I do not recommend until they change their cleaning methods. In a crowdy location, Staffs were attentive but not always available when needed. Rooms dirty, bathroom disgusting, too expensive for what you get, unfriendly, rude & unhelpful staff, our luggage got moved from one room to another without our knowledge & some items went 'missing'.
