1) Daily housekeeping service & daily replacement of linen & towels 2) Anticipation of needs... They noticed that I was hanging my clothes on the chair on the balcony to get dry and one day I found that they placed a drying rack on the balcony and hung all my clothes there.
It was a great value for money place. Did not have any frills but was clean and was in a very good location. This hotel also has a nice restaurant and is reasonably priced.

The stuff was very nice and helpfull , I needed an hair dryer and they gave me one of their!! Great location, cheap and swimming pool is fine!!.
I found this hotel excellent with every facility I needed; in fact it was so comfortable I stayed another 7 days.
i loved its location...everything i needed was "jus' around the corner"....night life is awesome....loved it!!!.

Quite clean and the bed is quite good, not too soft or hard (quite good for the price). And the location also quite good to find restorant or place to hang out.

I was in the cheap room so there was a beatlee in the toilet but I guess with the more expensive room is better!!!.

Kinda old hotel and the fasility also old, for ex : the AC, TV and refrigerator.
failed to replace in room and restock water and room was cleaned very late in the day which meant untill to return to room in afternoon as did not get cleaned untill after 3 stayed for 16 days have rebooked for christmas for 23 days.
room was dark allways needed light on. Needed window.

I booked for 20 nights and stayed for 1 night the room was damp needed painting smelt bad, no hot water heater for the shower,there was no security lock on the door no safe (sorry a wooden box behind the reception) to up grade they wanted 950 Bhat per night and that wasn't that great. so we looked around a found rooms with a/c, wifi, safe CCTV,for 400 per night.
