Nice owner and best price for the location and very clean, all the minimum required facilities available, like TV with good English channels, Air conditioned rooms, free towels, tissue papers, hot water, free WiFi in rooms, fridge with fee 2 bottles drinking water and very nearby 7 eleven 24 hour shop and it is located adjacent to walking street along way.
- The personel was nothing less than great! They were all very service minded, polite and very helpfull. - The location is right next to Pattayas centrum which is Walking street. - Cleanliness was good. - Facilities was good, with free wifi and free safety box.

The manager of the hotel spoke good English. He and his family were very nice and helpful. He and his family make excellent food for the guest and a great price.
Very friendly owner Mr Akilesh and his staff particularly Pawan , who was very, very helpful ..The location was superb... Definitely we will return... :).

The staff was really nice and they offer us a lot of show (tiffany, alcazar, etc). The hotel was not too far from the Walking Street but far enough from the noises.

hmmm nothing much to complain ...maybe just climbing up the stairs when drunk....else everything was perfect ...

The floor on the room was sticky even though it looks clean.
The area is quite noisy and ugly, towels were torn and stinking and the room wasn't well prepared - the fridge hasn't been cleaned and the trash hasn't been taken out. The whole building made bad impression.
the hotel doesnt have lift.
There is no lift to reach higher floors is the most discomfort.

Hotel is inside small street, hard to find. The staff don't even know the attractive place nearby. when we ask them, they always say don'y know. Hotel without lift & smelly bed room. very old furniture.
