this is the first time we have booked this hotel and I can tell you it will not be the last time....location perfect on the quiet side of patong beach and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the beach..the pool here is fantastic and bye night stunning with all the lights and fountains going .. do your self and partner, a favour and stay in pool access room..sit at the pool bar and watch your kids swimming it does not get any better than this....staff/service excellent and always want to now .
所有评语 » Beautiful new resort, although not quite completed or fully operational, we totally enjoyed our 9 day stay. All staff are just beautiful and cannot do enough to try to help and please you, even delivering my husband a beautiful birthday cake. We would certainly recommend this resort, and looking forward to staying there again in the future. Excellent location - not too near to noisy street but within walking distance to night market Very friendly staff - volunteer to help me purchase an adaptor which I forgot to bring and advise on place of interest. Nice and clean room. Staff were friendly hotel very clean and modern ,facilities were ok . Bed was comfortable , pool was small but clean and nice. Still unfished but should be a nice hotel when completed and staff are more experienced ,. -Friendly staff and helpful, specially one of the receptionist girls called Paris, -The piscine (swimming pool is nice and all rooms can view it from balconies -Breakfast is good and many varieties on buffet. Excellent room, amazingly welcoming and nice staff, pool is amazing, cleaning is amazing, definitely going there again, was the best hotel in Patong and I stayed in a lot of hotels there. Its pretty quiet, far frm the chaos of bangla street yet within walking distance.. since its a new hotel, its still very clean. They changed the towels everyday. Personel was helpfull. Rooms are large and clean. Hotel is brand new. Welcome drink is awesome...roselle:). + near beach + near shopping mall + big and great pool + clean room + friendly staff. I like the hotel location which is near to patong beach. - Allow early check in - pool clean - rooms big. Location Clean Big Room Clen and big bath. all was worth it. Everything. The resort is new, we loved the pool access room but if you want privacy make sure its between room 1001 - 1004 ... otherwise ur facing sunloungers. There was some mix up with booking & were told on arrival we may have to stay one night on the floor above, I found this unacceptable but in the end we didnt need to change. Breakfast needs vast improvement ... I would definitely stay again as the room was clean & even though it was the hardest bed we have ever slept on .. we slept like log. no. the only thing I did not like was not having more time... Nothing. Lack of facilities in the resort - restaurant only open for breakfast. No gym. There is a big space outside the restaurant which can convert to a gym for better space utilisation. Fountain in the pool wasn't turn on as seen in the picture. It was on when I arrived but the rest of the day during my stay, it wasn't. There are dead leaf in the pool which should have clean off daily. Breakfast not enough variety , unable to use phone in the room to make overseas calls no basic requirements for example we were unable to get an iron .We were required to leave an extra 1000THB as security on the room when credit card details were already given.This was refundable but was not explained as to why it was needed I feel this was unnecessary . Average compared to other hotels in Phuket (Patong) we have stayed in for the same price range . every thing in Ramaburin is completely excellent and nice,nothing negative. I wish I could provide something bad to be just realistic but non. Everything was perfect. Since its new, there were some things they had overlooked. Firstly, on the first day there was no mat to dry our feet outside the toilet. There was no tissue. But on second day onwards they included the floor mat, tissue and hair dryer. Tv channels were limited. Bed was hard. They gave only one card for my room and that was inconvenient when one of us decide to come back to our room at a different timing. But they were ok abt it when i requested for another card. A little missing items like cattle in the room. But its a brand new hotel. i wanted missing items like cattle, glass , they supplied them pleasedly. No problems anyway. İ think they can fill the rooms soon. + hard bed + no coffee and tea + no satety deposit box + early in the morning, the housekeeper making noises + not much choices for breakfast + no restaurant. bed is hard break fast same for 2 days we stayed . No safety box inside Room No varity in break fast Staf in reception need more practice with English language and credit card machine. Nothing. One of the rudest receptionist, a guy called Tan ,, some other guests left because of him too, the manager did apologise but he clearly needs anger management or a change of career .... I have been to Thailand many times ,,, of course never met such a rude character. On complaining the manager and his assistant went out of their way to make it right for us ... It didnt put us off staying there as like I said the resort is nice & good value ,,. no.
