The house was huge, and though I felt daunted at the space at
first, (being used to hotel rooms) I liked being able to move from
room to room.
The air-conditioners were good, the bed comfortable, the bathroom and toilet worked well, which isn't always the case in Thailand, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals.
It was very close to the sea/beach which in that part of Phuket is completely deserted. At the time of year (July) you couldn't swim, but instead enjoy walks and the littl. 所有 评语 »
The house is close to a very quiet and long beach. We walked two hours on the beach and saw only a coupe of local fishermen and 3 or 4 hotels.
The Maikhao house is located in a village, among other houses where locals live. There are small food stores and restaurants in the Maikhao village .
The house is very big compared to hotel rooms. There are two big beds in a bedroom, a kitchen with a dining table and a living room with a sofa.
We liked the Maikhao house, because we like nature and silenc.
Even though location is quiet and remote, it is exactly how one wants to spend relaxing vacation - on a quiet beach far from crowds of tourists and surrounded by nature. The house is well equipped, all rooms are with good air conditioning. All the necessary shops around the corner.
It was a bit isolated for a single traveller, and the tv didn't work
(yet) which might have helped to feel less alone in the evenings.
The internet connection was slow.
