We did not expect very much from this hotel, as it's announced as a 3 star place. We wanted a very quiet place to spend a week of doing nothing, sightseeing, enjoying the sea. Because last year we stayed at the Chaweng area and were a bit tired of noise. We should say the hotel fulfilled our expectations: a bit far from the main roads, music from cafes, dogs' barking at night. A lot of food shops around, exchange offices, massage salons. But not much choice for spontanneous shopping: a usual ch.
所有评语 » Extremely helpfull staff, nice and friendly. Clean, good restaurant, fantastic salad sauces at the breakfast. Location direct on the sandy beach with own swimmingpool and massage facility, also on the beach. Close to the main walking road of Lamai, lots of possibilities to travel around Koh Samui. We will come back again!. Great location, with everything on the doorstep. Lovely staff, so friendly. Pretty, well looked after gardens. Rooms lovely and clean. Clean towels and bed everyday. Pool towels provided. Restaurant very good. WiFi. Price. Laundry service really cheap. 20 mins from the airport. Can't wait to get back there!!. The pool and the location at the beach and near to a street full with restaurants and shops. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. I needed a doctor because of a problem with my ear and one of the staff drove me to the doctor and back to the hotel. Great location. Hotel is directly on the beach and a 3 minutes walk from shops and market. Beautiful beach and pool. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms comfortable, with terrace or balcony. Great value for money. Will definitively stay there again. The staff was extremely helpful and always wore a smile while providing services. Once we had left cash on our bedside table and guess what, on our return, the room was cleant and the cash was intact. Good food too at the restraint. Excellent location, right on the beach. Lovely room, spacious with a very comfy, big bed. Real value for money. Near shops, restaurants, cash points, taxis. Great location, near the Main Street but still quiet and relaxed. You can borrow DVDs from reception - great if the weather isn't so good!. Friendly staff, clean and tidy room, good breakfast, swimming pool good. There are a few restaurants on the main street (try Thai Table). Not sure where to begin we absolutely loved our holiday and would happily recommend it to our friends which we have already done. Location, walking distance to restaurants, value for money, staff accommodated our needs, the resort is right on the beach. The Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Good value food. Love lamai wanta great place would stay again again. location and wide spread beach. The price was surpassingly expensive for a somewhat basic resort. And it really just was basic. I did enjoy the nice gardens and somewhat tropical forest surrounding the accommodations. And the staff were very helpful!. The location is great, close to the super beach. Garden view balcony is very nice. Proximity to the beach, pretty good rooms. Everything except the internet service. The only one thing is good for this hotel is the location. No soap in the room, only a bottle of shampoo and bath gel. Nothing really, if i had to really be picky, breakfast could have a better choice. When we arrived, we got a room where a cat or some animal had been living before and we found some excrements in the bathroom and hair all over the bed. They changed us to a new room only after we requested it. There are many dogs on the beach, also swimming. There were jellyfishes in the sea near the beach but the swimming pool was a good substitute. restaurant was expensive for servings Too many people wearing dt's around the pool... nothing to complain. It needed a nice restaurant and beach bar to rival all the other resorts on the beach. Didn't really matter as there were so many great places so close by, but we did feel they were missing out on business here as everything shut up shop before 9!. Don't bother with the breakfast. nothing. I can't remember anything that made me nervous ). ants in the room, sink didn't work properly, not good wifi. nothing unsatisfied. Rooms need renovution as the look quite old,especially the bathrooms,and the breakfast is quite poor.Also there is no bar in the Hotel and the restaurant was closing at 20.00!!!. rooms on ground floor didnt have much privacy. first floor rooms with balcony far better. breakfest. Too many inc. The air conditioner was old and poor adjusting.All facilities are old. At reception we're told to have four bottles of water every day.But we had mostly two, just twice we had really four.There's no point to pay that kind of money.At the same price you can find a more comfortable hotel with better facilities. Hard beds, terrible WIFI connection, too expensive for what it was. The Resort offers free WI-fi internet. However, it`s service was poor, I was being disconnected all the the time and very difficult to re-connect back on. An improvement would certainly be welcome. I was dissapointed with Samui, Lamai Beach and Wanta Hotel in particular. Air conditioner blows straight to the bed, curtains are dirty, blanket cover is not a cover but two sheets, the room is dark and small, too small wardrobe for two for, very unpleasant smell in the restaurant. Beach in front of the hotel is not very clean, we had to go to the right to the rocks for better beach. The hotel has absolutely noyhing to do with the letsbookhotel.com pics. Actually,I won't go to this hotel anymore.Compare to the other resorts in the island, the price of this hotel is a bit high.Wifi is very very slow. Everything in the hotel is very simple and doesn't have any design. Breakfast is bad.
