Location is just on White Sand Beach!!! In the middle of country life and calmness of beaches. Great infinity pool with sun beds near it. Big bathroom with walk-in shower and bath-tub. Free parking for motorbike, or car. WiFi was OK (At least it was in my villa). Fresh fruits served in room every day. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with variety of different meals. Gym was small, but I never met there anyone, thou the check-list was filled with names.

Great hotel! The staff was nice very close to the beach and the swimming pool is very good and relaxing. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety.. Will recommend this hotel!
The hotel is a 2 mins walk from the center of the town (where all the restaurants and shops are) it's not so much of a problem just would suggest to rent a motorbike or at least walk with a flashlight at night

The pillows on the beds in one room, free wifi only in the lobby, the rather harsh messages of penalty-charges if you'd dirty towels or bedlinnen too much (though probably a result of badly behaving guests in the past)

could be more sun beds around pool area for guests who want to relax around pool area. WIfi in rooms would of been better, one rainy day every one was sitting in reception area and in corridor areas all on the internet. it was mentioned that Wifi was available in public area's only.
Kacha Resort has the best place at Whitesand beach. We stayed at Hillside which is no problem. You can use both swimming pools and breakfast is at the beachside restaurant. Also crossing the not very busy street was easy as there is security staff helping 24hrs.
I got charged one night on my credit-card one week before arrival even though the contract was payment at arrival. (My friend wanted to pay the whole amount on his cc)

Location is excelent. In center of White Sand Beach, so close to all the restaurants, shops and pubs of the area. Beach is clean and just in front of the Resort. Tasty and various breakfasts. Stuff is helpful, but not very friendly.

bcs of extending my trip,i renewed room,but i changed other room,and told reception that i need one big double bed.reception promised it,but i got a two bed room.after checking out, the taxi i booked from the recepiton didnt appear，receptions told me another person who booked taxi for me didnt tell them,so they didnt know.i was forced to wait for taxi at that moment!

We rest at mountain side of the Hotel . At first we met nice greeting at relax reception hall .The room quite clean , comfortable and good utensil . The rest room is standard and good cleaning . One more breakfast is so nice .
We request non smoking room in letsbookhotel.com . However , we got "concentrate" smoking in the early morning from neighbor room ( cause the room have door connecting even it had close) . So the Hotel should have "zone" for Non smoking rooms be nice .

Standard of room was poor
The pool was beautiful. This made the money we spent worth it. Our upgraded rooms were lovely too. Very quiet and well-maintained.
We originally booked in to a bungalow but as soon as we saw it, we had to upgrade. The bungalow was very old and tired and the bathroom was disgusting. Next room was much newer and very nice. In general, the hotel was expensive for Thailand.

It has its own beach. It locates in White Sand which is very convenient to shopping, eating and having spa. The rooms are close to the beach and restaurant.
They provide the old rooms even they have new renovated ones. The room had a very bad smell from toilet. The air-conditioner was leaking for the whole day. There is no wi-fi for the old rooms

Stairs everywhere and no elevator! A few receptionists unfriendly. No refund for the last night that we had to cancel due to child's sickness. A major problem is that nobody working there has got any authority - not even the local manager. "Real" management is located in Bangkok.
