The Staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly and helpful and genuine in their attitude. Especially Au a lovely guy from Birma, he even took me on his bike to get ticket and didnt want anything for it! The Birmese Staff is worth gold in this resort! Relaxing at the beach, having a drink (Staff makes sure you have enough ice, no charge), comfortable room, huge balcony with great seaview, lovely garden, quiet place, good food from the restaurant... I can't wait to come back to this place!.
所有评语 » The staff were very friendly and polite. The beach and surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. A great place to see the sunset. It was a 10-15 minute walk to the main area or you can hire a motorbike for 150 baht a day. The room was fairly good value for money as it was clean and well looked after. The free wifi worked well (in the room and even on the beach). I'd certainly stay there again upon my next visit to the island. The private beach is beautiful and so peaceful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were eager to help and very friendly. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and breakfast was really decent. The location was ideal for the full moon party if you don't want to be right in the centre of the noise - just a 15 min walk away. We would thoroughly recommend Thaniza to anyone. Great staff! Really felt welcome all the time, amazing view, perfect location, not in the centre but really close by which is perfect as you do not get disturbed by loud music. Big rooms. Great quality and standard for your money. Location is good, close to the full moon party and lots of bars, a beach right in front. All rooms have a private balcony with a view on the ocean. Place and personal is quite good. very nice staff. Set on a private palm beach. Ping pong, volleyball, darts. Helpful staff. Big balcony. It was hard to leave, I felt home already after one night with these people at this beautiful place. Nothing too negative to report from my stay there, just a couple of minor points. There was no control to change or adjust the temperature for the air-con and the TV didn't work. The rooms would also be better if they had refrigerators as well. Our air-con was at one temperature which was pretty cold after a while, and you couldn't turn it down. Minor fault though!. Restaurant is expensive and the beach in front is trash, plastic bottles, papers, glass bottles,... Nothing. Rooms are old and they give no towels. very far from haad rin. Hotel is old. Towels are old. Interiors are poor. Bed sheets have holes. Only one shoulder for clothes. Damp smell everywhere (esp in bathroom). Noisy aircon. Tv doesn't work. Spiders and ants everywhere. The service was horrible, the rooms very very simple. The rate was very expensive and the amenneties nonexistent. The location is afew minutes from haad rin but it is still a cab ride due to the hill in the middle. All in all AVOID IF POSSIBLE.
