Checking in was really fast and the airport transfer was handled efficiently by the staff. We only stayed overnight because we had come from Tainan for a dance competition. The concierge happened to be Filipino and was extra helpful with regard to the Shi Lin night market. We stayed in room 1209 and did like that our breakfast and cocktail hours were on that level. The staff were amazing and always helpful to our every needs. Thankyou for making our 5 days in Taipei a very enjoyable and stress free holiday.
所有评语 » I loved the hot showers (long lasting), the location (very conveniently close to the MRT and in front of an airport bus pickup spot), and the genial attitude of the staff. They were also very considerate when I had to checkout late. the most efficient and friendliest staff I had in hotel for a long time. Starting with frontdesk/duty manager/concierge etc. We enjoyed our stay on the Executive Club floor, staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room is big and staff are nice and helpful. Very big rooms and the gym is well equipped. Surrounded with shopping area. the gym. Good location just near the MOMO shopping mall and Taipei Arena, easy to transfer to other sightseeing area. HUGE rooms - with a lot of space. Airport bus stop just outside hotel. Friendly staff. About 5 min walk to brown line mrt. Not really anything that i am specific like about this hotel. It's very conveniently located opposite the Ice Arena Taipei. Business people visit. Local people coming in. Lot of tours. The coffee shop was already closed by the time we had gotten back from the night market so we ordered room service. They told us it would take about an hour because they only had one chef. We couldn't go out anymore cuz we had to pack as we were leaving the hotel at 630am. Maybe you could improve on food service. There was nothing that we disliked. But there were two instances where other guests were rude to the staff while we were having either cocktails and then breakfast. They were Indian. I did admire how the staff did handle the situation and did feel sorry that they had to have such a hassle with some guests, when they always went above and beyond to see that all guests were looked after. It was a bit chilly but that could be due to the Taipei weather. And a bit damp but I know they're renovating and due to finish in December 2013. The Television is old-fashioned and small. Internet is not free in rooms and hotel is in renovation where we had old rooms, which meant they had a bit wear and tear. the distance to the MRT station is quite far. the hotel is in renovation now so a little bit dusty. Old design, damp air and smell. The wifi was only available for free in the lobby Also the hotel is being refurnished (it hadn't been done with our floor yet) - so furniture and room had some wear and tear. Old, windows dirty with water marks. Hotel is upgrading but didn't got the new room. Hard bed. Room has no wifi, at 1st though i have to pay the internet connection but has to check with the receptionist to find out if it free and has to agree with all the steps to get the internet works. Facilities are fairly old. The fungus like and stale smell of the rooms due to poor ventilation. The triple room we had has no windows and it's very dark without the lights on. Also the restaurant has no variety of choice for breakfast menu especially if you are not a pig-produce eater. Too noisy Not so clean They took advanve payment of 900 usd altjough itwas a non advance paymment booking. And it had pre auth of my card.
