Very neat room, spacious, pleasant in atmosphere, comfortable bed, great shower, all necessary equipment and features: what I would expect from a 3 stars hotel (or even 4). So really, incredible for the money!! Location is extremely convenient (easy connections to hb and center through tram: 10mn). Had no problem with /returning the key, and not sure why other people had: frankly, it couldn't be simpler! As long as you enter the correct code of course, but it is very clear and well explained. T.
所有评语 » No reception but key is easy to collect from the box on the wall. The room is soooooo big for the price if you just visited tourism place like Venice.... It is clean and safe,modern decoration, a balcony with table and chairs. Close to the tram station which takes about less than 15 minutes travel to train station. I even forgot to take the key with me while going out for a walk, after calling reception the kind lady patiently instruct me the way to get in. Would come back again. The room is well equipped. We had some difficulty in finding the address because our gps didn't recognize the address given in the voucher. There is no reception area, all you do you do by your self. You get the key of your room by entering the code of your booking, it opens the front door and the door of your room. When you leave you put your key in the same box you received it. You have no contact with anybody. Very worth for 110 Chf very clean, ordered, equiped. 2 km from the central train station - not a very dramatic walk from a view of a young person. Placed in a preety quite location. I mut mention, by the way, swiss people are very kind and polite, ready to help, so even if you are stucked in the middle of zurich with a dead battery gps there will be somone to explain or even escort you a little part of the way. great value for money, convenient check-in process, had a bit problem but solved by reception over the phone. not complicated at all. have cleaning personnel everyday. large rooms, great wifi. 5 mins walk to tram stop. The room itself! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious and we loved the little living room with the TV! Ah! There was another TV in the bedroom too! Definitely recommended!. The room was very large and confortable with lots of channels on the tv. The hotel was a little far from the city center but only 50 meters from a tram stop. Very clean and lovely room! Good value for money and lots of nice bars and restaurants around. Really good choice going there. The bed is very comftable and the room is very big. Furthermore, it is not so far from city center with resonable prices. Great location with easy access to public transportation. Cleaning crew arranged for water cooker for tea (great). Love the fact that its easy, to check-in there is no personal, so you have complete discretion. The pin did not work, but contacting the the helpline by phone sorted everything out swiftly. No trouble with the key. in a peaceful place, the facility in the room is nice and quiet, 5 minutes walk to a big Coop super market, even need tram to the hotel, but the tram is comfortable and not crowded. This hotel doesn't have reception, so you get your key automatically. Room was clean and big. Free Wi-Fi and two TV. I liked this flat. Good place to stay. Interior decor, and facilities offered were good. Modern design, TV including English broadcasts, and cleanliness were good factors. The staff is awesome, just type in your number and get the key from a friendly robotic receptionist :D love it!. Nice decor. Location wise its not far away from the tram stop which takes you into central but if you want to walk then it can take an hour as there is not much guidance available. Room on level 5 was great but needed to be cleaned more, on balcony empty can with cigarette butts and dirty. Spacious, comfortable. Clean. I know my way around. It is easy. Nothing! Everything exceeded my expectations. The room im in has no air-conditioner. But it doesn't matter just open the window, but in that way I got several mosquito bites. Not really matters. The room we stay the hair dryer was broken. nothing. The only thing I'd say is that it is slightly far from the closest S-Bahn station... That's all though... Since the hotel has no reception we couldn't leave our bags there since we had arrived prior to the check-in time. Not having a reception is a bit funny...but actually not ti bad. No idea where we could park, called the number on the internet and got the information. There is no private parking, which is very important because every hour in parking house costs 2 chf. In addition, it is confusing to get the room keys. +Cleaning crew knocked on door every door at 9 am to clean room (too early for us) +had only 3 hangers in closet, no coffeemaker, no cups or glasses, no telephone, no sofa. Can't think of any :). There was no cold water, I had to take shower for few seconds while it was still possible to stand hot water.. No human being there if you have any questions about anything. No printer. 1. Reception is situated in 15 minutes walking. And you must visit reception to check-in. 2. Keybox didn't give us a key. This was solved by the staff. 3. The e-key for room was block after first usage, but it was also solved by the stuff, they give us another e-key. 4. VERY hard to find park place near hotel, but I think the same problem will be in every hotel near city center. Fridge in the room bit noisy - audible more during night (reminds howling winds on Matterhorn). a little bit far away from the city center. No staff at all!!!! totally self service. The wifi was not good. no kittle. No Wifi reception in my room, had to sit outside on the staircase to do some work. inability to access the Wi Fi I didn't have a mobile number and code was not accepted. No tea/coffee makers but they claimed on the website. had not seen the receiption and need to collect the key from outer box by booking no., but no one advised in advance. It's far away to the lake. They don't have parking. Just two places in the front of the hotel. So if you travel with car, it's could some big problem, and it was problem for us, cuz we didn't have a place to park our car. Its location, not within easy reach of the old town and Zurich's train station. Also no contact with any staff, some minor assistance how to use automatic check-in facilities provided by one of the guests. There are zéro réception staff so you can't lave your luggage after check Out. Distance to city center too long. No mini fridge déspite plenty of Space for one. No staff and no reception. Only one small parking place for the whole building. Inadequate numbers of car parking. No kettle in the room. I lived on the groundfloor so people who did not know how to get the key (no reception in the hotel) knocked to my window to ask. 위치도 조금 멀고, 조식이 없어서 아쉽네요. There is no reception no one is here to guide you or give you extra towel or soap. There is no tea or coffee facilities if you had a long journey you won't even have water to drink in the room. Its miles away from the town and you are better off staying in central for similar price that you will pay to stay that far out. Room 003 was very dark like a dungeon Very noisy in other rooms. Shower leaked like crazy, location does not feel very safe, LONG walk to the downtown, no staff at hotel. They did even have toilet paper in bathroom. They provided a WIFI ID which was always used by some one else. bugs. bugs. in The toilet. Grean. The room wasn't clean, the Internet connection was so slow and problematic and although it's saying there is a parking space on the web-site, there was a space for just two cars at the backyard. I would not recommend this guest house for family, as check-in was bit tricky but manageable. One always needs to worry about the Key token as there is no One. No facilities like micro-wave or Kitchen.
