Location was fantastic, ski room service and slippers a real plus Price for value was good (but probably just because we got a good rate, for other guests it was probably too expensive). Service, staff, location. Staff was over friendly and almost invasive Was first week of opening so several things were not ready (for ex fireplace in the room not working) The button Whatever, Whenever was supposed to give assistance to all kinds of requests...but nobody was ever answering! A bit too hip and not very cozy atmosphere.
