This hotel was very nice for the price. We had been in acouple of other that led to worry, but no, this hotel was great. Very clean, comfortable beds, functional, good sized washroom. The bar was open late and the Bar Keep very friendly. Free WiFi in the bar that was usable in the room (At his suggestion). Included breakfast was continental, but very good and plentiful. About a 15 minute walk from the SBB and Glacier Express train stations.
所有评语 » We liked everything about this hotel. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. We even had a lovely view from our bedroom window. In short, a good night in. That said, the little town of Brig is charming with many restaurants and bars so you can also have a good night out. Big and clean room.Good facilities such as many kind of TY channals. The toilet and shower is comfort.The bed is wide and big.Location is near Muller supermarket and near manuy reasturants. You can walk 8-10 minute from Brig station. The hotel was fairly conveniently situated not far from the railway station and close to the town centre. Room was fine. Lovely view from window which was soundproof enough to keep out the noise of the raging torrent outside. I would like to say, the room is good, the location is good. There's a river in front of the windows.And when you close the window, you hear nothing. It's very good. Center accommodation for trip to Zermatt,Lausanne,Vevey,Montreux,Bern. Budget Inn. Near Glis, saltina bus stop. Not so far from Brig railway station by walking. Well maintained hotel, with enough space for all four of us. Front desk was friendly, English-speaking, and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, too. The room was very clean and the staff was both courteous and helpful with information about the town and good restaurant recommendations.. Goods size tv screen and selection of European tv cable channels. This was useful because the weather was awful and we were confined to the hotel. Nice bathroom. My son and I were 'Inter-Railing" around Europe. Less than ten minutes from the railway station so would recommend it. Not expensive by Swiss standards. Check in was quick and the room was very clean and spacious. Free parking is provided under the hotel (go down the ramp beside the hotel and the keep going for 100 meters and then turn right at the hotel sign. Reception spoke good English. Breakfast was okay...lots of cheese, meats and bread. Close to town. Breakfast was adequate and staff in dining room were friendly and helpful. Good location, not too far to walk to the station even with luggage. Clean, comfortable - no frills accomodation, breakfast incuded. Within easy reach of town centre. Surrounding...quiet...relax....near train station convenient....like the buildings...etc... The price was pretty good for switzerland. Room was nice. Had a good elevator. The breakfast room was vast and the breakfast options (cereals, breads, etc) were quite spread out (I presume to leave room for people to browse) but we found it a tiny bit confusing at first. The reastaurant is very big and there are many chandaria lamp but the breakfast is very simple .Food is simple breakfast such as bread ham cheese.Beverage is normal such as orange tea and coffee. Breakfast wasn't what I would have expected in Switzerland. You can use Visa or Master card to pay the room fee.Only cash is possible. In my room I cannot use Internet via LAN port . Free wifi was around the lobby only. i would like a balcony in the room , and i didnt understant why it was necesary a deposit of 20CHF for the internet cable ( i found this vesy unusual ). A little bit far from the railway station, not easy to find the location for the first time. Nothing at all!. Restaurant food a little expensive. WiFi only in the lobby. No exhaust in the bathroom. Nothing. no wifi in room. The staff at reception were quite abrupt and unhelpful. Hotel bar didn't open until 7pm ( was advertised to open at 5pm). Breakfast was ok, very little selection. Restaurant was closed. Lack of Wi-fi facilities in rooms. Breakfast was okay. Could be better. The bathroom was rather smelly. night entrance is a bit tricky to find, but other than that, all smooth sailing!. Noise from the street and rather strange coffee at the breakfast. The room, though displayed as non-smoker, has a strong tobacco smell. Although the food at breakfast was ok and typical of the region, the breakfast room was rather bizarre in the basement of the hotel, devoid of natural light lit by dozens of chandeliers! Not to everyone's taste. No wifi in the room, but was available down at reception. Breakfast was a bit bland. WiFi only available in lobby, not in rooms Not able to control temperature in room so got very hot and uncomfortable overnight. Bathroom had a foul odour of sewerage and staff member who came to investigate was very unhelpful and not willing to move us to another room. Limited underground parking spaces available. Breakfast rather basic continental syle no warm food. Check in time got to wait...not so friendly...no hot water in hotel room not conventient....no internet access in hotel room not convenient too...can improve further...no facilities to hang around in hotel... Expensive compared to elsewhere in europe. Wifi was only accessible in foyer if you were lucky and I wasn't. Breakfast was modest can be improved. So called air condtitioning was not working because it was "too cold". none. The pillow was to high and to hard. no wifi in the room breakfast too simple, no much choice. Had to pay for the room on arrival. We could not include dinner in the bill and settle the next morning so went out of the hotel for dinner. heating in room and basic breakfast. No microwave to warm some food.In my room,there was no Internet signal via lan port. towel. was old. "Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge",it is not true,Wired internet is unavailable in the hotel rooms,and tv is also too. מיטות נוראיות ,לא ניתן לשון בהן . ארוחת בוקר מזעזעת -אין כלום ואין אנשים בחדר אוכל.
