Rooms are small as you would expect but the beds were comfy enough for me. Probably not if you are a larger person (I'm short). Remember to bring sheets or pay a fortune to hire.

  The location: you can take a boat to and from the city and that gives you a real seaside feeling. Windows can be left open during the night - it is quiet and you get a full oxygen dose.   Very good position , kindly people , nice services (very good breakfast - relax zone) , very quite during the night - The subway connections were absolutely magnificent. The citizens are real friendly and relaxed.
