  Very friendly hotel. Staff were very good Family like environment staff prepared breakfast at 430am due to early checkout room perfect like house cant complain regarding anything - Breakfast - A la Carte Location - Away from it all! Decor - real classy! Super friendly staff I love their welcome tea with chocolate cookies, cake and samosas

  I have stayed in 6 hotels in Sir lanka and this is the best one. Everything in this hotel is unique and traditional. Tea smell is all over the place. Staff is freindly and resuturant is pefrect for dinner they have an Italian night, International night and Chinees night every week. Perfect view specially when you book a room with a balcony in 1st ... 别人怎么说 » floor although it is a bit far from everything in Nwuara Elyia but it is a very nice expeience for one or two nights to get cold in the night and to s - Staying at the Tea Factory is more than spending a night somewhere. It is an unforgettable experience at a magnificent place transporting you a century back in time with all luxury. The rooms are very traditional with beautiful views over the tea plantations. We had dinner at the train carriage which was an experience on its own (a six course dinner of high quality under 30euros!). It's a bit pricey, specially for the country's standard but worth the experience.
