  We had a wonderful experience at Amya Hills, Kandy. It was our 20th anniversary in Nov 2013. To our pleasant surprise, they decorated the bed with flowers with Happy Anniversary written on bed. The rooms were comfortable, with great tv channels for kids, pool was small but adequate, wonderful gesture of a little food treat (ie cup cakes) in the room at night!   We spent two nights at the hotel. The staff were helpful and the service was very good. Basic but clean rooms. The wi-fi was working well in the room. The food is also quite good.   Looks better in real life than on the pictures. Front desk quite helpful, bell boys very helpful, cheerful and polite! Room had a nice view and nice wooden floor. Nice bed and great bathtub.   The place is very calm and out of the reach of City Buzzing crowd, if you want to have a peaceful time, i recommend this place. The staff were friendly and the food was very good. The views from the room were mind blowing and ought to be visited.
