It has lovely large rooms, beautiful design, great beach location, and not very big -- nice boutique hotel.   This is an amazing and beautiful villa. Might be not on the shore but I would never agree to change the room there for the one by the ocean because if you go to see this hostels, you'll be shocked by the smell and awful conditions. Booking the room I asked for the good Wifi connection which I need for the job (as it was stated on the websit - Stayed at the Villa in November 2013 for about a week. It is located in the picturesque palm grove. The rooms are clean, spacious. The staff is very nice. Come and you will not regret, optimal quality for the lowest price.

  I had stayed with my husband at tandem guest house for 2 days. I must say that I completely enjoyed my stay. The rooms were super clean with clean bedsheets, so were the bathrooms. The breakfast was simple and good.   Beautiful setting, comfy and very clean. Pool just as clean. Lovely, friendly staff especially the manager Chandama who was delightful. Delicious breakfast - wish we'd stayed for dinner. Easy access to Hikkaduwa but much much nicer area. Not luxurious but lovely.
