I think this 4 stars hotel is the best one that I have ever lived at the same level so far and it is a good budget-friendly hotel compared with the same level hotel. We also tried the restaurant and it had a very good quality/price ratio. The overall structure is quite new and the staff was really friendly and supportive. Even if the location is far away from the center, there's metro station near by or you can rent the bikes directly outside of the hotel.

The hotel is a bit of a walk to the city centre but I have to say the 30min walk is lovely-just follow the old riverbed. You are near to the beach and the New area of Arts and Science.   This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel. Service as always was excellent - Susanna at reception was very very helpful and I really felt looked after - the room was lovely too and really clean.
