  Very, very good staff - professional, courteous and focused on the guest. Great for the business traveller - excellent workspace in the room, free WiFi. - Location is superb, directly on a beautiful stretch of beach. Also, on metro/tram lines to airport and city centre for sites and shopping.

  The staff were all excellent in their helpfulness and attention to requests. Hotel is in a good location for old town sightseeing. Hotel is a converted palace, and though design is very modern, older details have been preserved. Guest rooms are a little dark in the evenings due to few light sources. We could also make reservation for certain attractions such as the Ciudad de las Ciencias - The quality and price of the hotel and the service. It was easy to access the centre of Valencia.
