They communicate in English both promptly and efficiently to provide feedback with useful and genuinely helpful tips. In many apartments I stayed at these items were not provided. The apartment has very nice, new furniture, and has a great design. My apartment (n.2 on - The apartment is right across from the Cathedral, it couldn't be in a better location for tourists who want to see as much as they can in a short space of time. It's great value for money, very clean and has everything you need. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend it though as it overlooks a lively street. It didn't bother me as I'm used to sleeping in the city centre but my boyfriend didn't have a great sleep any night.
