  Pension Alameda is family owned. The whole family is very willing to help. Some have limited English. The room is clean. As other have commented it is a bit noisy. But then you are based at the square which is full of life in the weekends. It didn't disturb me, but I imagine it might be a but noisier in the high season. Good value for money. The apartment is convenient to the city bus system for transport into and - Very good position, really in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment was clean, elegant and as described on the web site. We had a 2 bedrooms apartment that with two small children was perfect for us and cheaper than any other option. The staff at the reception was very friendly and let us leave the apartment in the afternoon due to no other bookings, that allows us to spend the last day in the city more relaxed. I strongly recommend it!
