Good location in Triana, close to lots of restaurants. It was a 15 min or so walk over to the bull ring; maybe 20-25 mins to the Cathedral, but a beautiful walk by the river. Good amount of space in the apt (except for the second bedroom, which was very small with a single bed). Cheap, safe, parking. Very helpful staff. Tip: Go right out of hotel, take first street on right, and the Lidl supermarket is down about 5 min walk.
所有评语 » Modern immaculately maintained complex. Very spacious apartments with superb facilities. On site underground car park with numbered space. 10 Euros/day. Excellent location. Easy and pleasant walk along river bank to city tour buses and boat trips. 15 to 20 minutes to Cathedral and Alcazar. Estephania was very friendly and helpful; her Engish is extremely good, which made it easy for us to ask her for help. She gave great advice on things to see in Seville and also suggested places for great tapas. The apartment was bright, clean and modern. the support we received from the two ladies at the reception desk. They worked very hard to make things right for us. Very grateful for their kind support. The room was very clean and spacious. Well located within the city. Quiet. Great laundry facility. Excellent customer service. We arrived after midnight and keys to the room were easily accessible (and directions given over the phone by great customer helpline officer were clear and easy to followed). Very comfortable for family. Clean ,new and Big livingroom with kitchen. Elevater in every floor , include parking floor. We got the best price from letsbookhotel.com. Great place to stay to see Seville. Apartments really nice, roomy, comfy. Car parking was reserved secure underground for 9 euro a day, excellent !. First class apartment with very helpful staff. It needs a regular coffee maker; the one there was a pod (which you cannot find in a market) and at the desk they charge 1 Euro per pod. As with most apartments for rent, they could use a few more utensils and cooking implements. Also, throw in the WiFi for the price of staying!. Reception closed midnight to 8am. Phone numbers available for out of hours assistance but how reliable? In a busy city tourist location Pierres et Vacances need to have reception open 24 hours per day. The free internet was not accessible from the apartment. Lack of view out of main window (recognize this was for privacy). Too small variety of pots / pans. No proper / sharp knives. Apartment was noisy We couldn't sleep well during second night, after family checked in to the room next to our (or above ours) Also. Once we checked out there is no luggage storage facility. It would be a great option to have. Free internet is very slow. If you need faster, have to pay. none. I booked the apartment for five; however there was not enough toilet paper. I think staff needs to consider the number of guest in the apartment too. No guide in English; for example we did not know where to get get the coffee from so we bought our own coffee. no negative comment. Nothing. Could be noisy. Had a number of metal communal walkways - very noisy when anything wheeled along (guest with suitcase, cleaners with trolley etc). Also, almost no soft furnishings in room, so sound reverberates a lot. No free wi-fi in the rooms, only at the reception, lack of view out of main window on the ground floor. Parking outside the hotel is difficult. Nothing to say. No free wi-fi in the rooms, only at the reception.
