  We had no problems parking-and ended up seeing the hotel as soon as we emerged from the garage-perfect! It's right next to the police station, so very quiet and safe (not that other parts of the city aren't). It was a very short walk to the cathedral and the city was fantastic to wander through. The heat was on, there was a hair dryer for me to use, they even had an electric kettle and tea sitting in our room - It was excellent in all ways * it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !! I d stay there again ~~)

  地点好，干净舒适 - The location of the hotel was very good, very close to the old market, Plaza de Abastos and to the historic centre of Santiago. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The building and decor were very attractive. The food in the restaurant was of a very good quality and the "menu del dia" in particular was very good value for mone... 别人怎么说 » y. - Everything. First hotel workers, very nice informacion about the city and fenomenal personal treat; rooms excelent, our was in the last floor,(3th) silence, comfortable, clean, great decoration etc...definitely make us feel like at home. we will come back.
