New, clean, roomy bedroom with access to a well equipped communal kitchen complete with washing machine. Victor greeted us after hours and showed us how to access secure underground parking (only €5/ day), directions to all the spots and to his family run mini supermarket directly downstairs, and a bakery over the road. So close to the Santiago Cathedral. Spacious, all the mod cons, 2 huge bathrooms, very central but yet felt like a retreat as it was just outside the old town. Owner was really helpful. Private parking was a bonus in their underground car park and the key system worked really well. We would happily have stayed longer.
所有评语 » We stayed in an apartment for 2 nights, but could have stayed there for weeks or months, it was so comfortable and complete. We appreciated the washing machine and full size refrigerator, the large flat screen HDTV, the free parking, and the beautiful modern decor of the apartment. The location which was very close to the cathedral and yet not in the old town. Thus it was easy to find with the car. The secure underground parking that came with the apartment. The washing machine! Excellent value and very friendly and helpful owners. Greeting excellent. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. Communal kitchen area has very good facilities, washing machine was a real bonus. Would recommend for short stay. Price and location excellent. Secure parking good too. Originally I had booked two rooms but were switched to an apartment, which was more convenient for family Clean and newer looking Proximity to main area of Santiago (walking distance) Value for money. Victor, the proprietor was wonderful. He helped us with everything we needed. The pension was located right around the corner from the Cathedral of Santiago. It was perfect!!!!!. Extraordinary staff and owner. Next door to the family "supermarcado" which was very handy. Close to the cathedral (10 minute walk). Would highly recommend this pension. the manager was extremely helpful and welcoming. It was very good to have kitchen facilities, with a little grocery just next door. Everything. Excellent appartment. located at 200 meters from the Catedral, very well furnished, beautiful view ... Location, cleanliness, compact design and use of space, friendliness of owner. Excellent assistance from the owner Victor. Great value for money and location. Victor was extremely helpful. victor was a friendly man but it was difficult to communacate if you had no spanish. The couple that own the aparment with rooms to let were very friendly and the carpark was secure and just across the room. Only a five minute walk to the chapel. Not much. No wifi. I had not realized that we would be sharing the kitchen with several other rooms, but obviously this was why it was budget priced. Nothing to comment. Bed too low!!! My companion and I had injured ourselves on the walk and the bed was kind of low for us. Wi fi with a modem. For five people this is a problem. The weather!. he showed us a clothes line from our window for to hang clothes but we could not get to it unless we climbed out the window there were 4 rooms in our area and only no 1 had acess to it.same size room as ours as i looked in. We thought we were booking a hotel but it ended up being a small room with an ensure with shared kitchen and lounge. It was up a flight of stairs without a lift which was a bit of a mission with suitcases and a pushchair.
