  Easy to find the hotel because it is just in front of the Catedral. A few minutes walk to the historical town centre and Renfe station. Staff is also very friendly. I did not know the reception is not open at seven o'clock in the morning. The room and bathroom were scrupulously clean. Centrally located, within walking distance to everything including the railway station, just a 10 minute walk away, with luggage.

  Irenaz resort was located on the edge of a beautiful green valley that was so relaxing. There was often music traveling up from somewhere on the mountain and it made us really feel like we were in Europe. The location is a bit out of San seb city but the bus stop is 100metres down the road and for 1.60 euro takes you 11-15 minutes to get into town... 别人怎么说 » . The staff were really lovely and helpful with everything from beaches, San Fermin and resturants. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the bathroo - The apartments were very modern and private, overlooking the valley on the outskirts of San Sebastián. We specifically chose the location because we had a car we didn't want to use in the city and parking was free. The apartments were close to a bus stop with regular buses taking about 15 minutes to reach the centre of the city. The reception staff were very helpful in assisting us with a damage report we needed to fax to the leasing company.

  Javier who was the point of contact and person in charge at Pension was one of the highlights of the entire trip to San Sebastian. He was very helpful telling us exactly where to go to get a round and had a great sense of humor. We had a great stay at Pension and have already recommended a number of friends to stay there!   Located just across the road from La Zurriola beach (the surfing beach) and the Kursaal Congress Centre and Auditorium. It's an easy 5 mins minutes walk across the bridge to the main city centre, making it very convenient and yet safe & not noisy. There is constantly someone at the reception to assist you, - Pension Kursaal feels like a very good 3-star hotel to me. The room and bathroom are spacious, with a little balcony overlooking the Kursaal convention centre (room 14). It is well equipped with strong shower and hair dryer. The pillow is really comfortable! Wifi is fast. Just around 10 mins walk to the old part. A really good hotel overall!

Ibon, the owner, was extremely helpful - giving us information about restaurants, tourist sites, etc. We stayed in two rooms - a double on the second floor (the grandparents) and the apartment on the sixth floor (family with 2 small children). Ibon is renovating the building so there was no elevator but this will be finished in a few weeks. And, as active people, this did not bother us at all. This pension is very clean and has great staff that are very very helpful and will even draw on a map all the tapas bars they regularly go to.   This was a very pleasant pension. We had a double and a single room for our daughter. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was quite well located with only a ten minute walk to the old town where we spent a lot of time. The coffee which is free was lovely.
