  Free parking a huge plus in spain. There was a big lot in back of hotel. 2 km to zurriola beach and parking there is very reasonable or you can just walk or take a bus. The staff was very helpful and very nice rooms and also very quiet at night and early morning. Exceptional value! - It is 20 minutes walking from zurriola beach.   This was a very pleasant pension. We had a double and a single room for our daughter. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was quite well located with only a ten minute walk to the old town where we spent a lot of time. The coffee which is free was lovely.
