Guests are kindly asked to contact the agency directly after booking to obtain instructions for the key collection. If you don't arrange the meeting within 24 hours of your arrival day, you will not be able to check in. If a second appointment for check-in needs to be set, the agency will charge an extra EUR 100. Please note that check-in between 21:00 and 23:30 costs EUR 60. No check-in is possible between 23:30 and 9:00. Check in on Sunday costs EUR 50. Upon check-in you will be asked to sign a rental contract with the agency. Please inform Roca Lisa Villa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 5000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
